In a dominant position and benefiting from a beautiful view over the village and the surrounding countryside, this former sheepfold from the 19th century, which has been in the same family for 4 generations, has been patiently restored by Olivier. Away from the village which has all the shops and services as well as a very beautiful heated swimming pool, this gite is appreciated for its well appointed enclosed exteriors, shaded by large oaks and with porticoes and games for children, as well as for its interior layout combining modernism and authenticity. The spacious rooms and equipped with very good comfort contribute to make this gite very pleasant to live in all seasons. On a fully enclosed plot of land, with a covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, gite with on the ground floor a living room composed of a lounge area / TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with built-in units, a bedroom with a double bed and its large bathroom with beautiful Italian shower and washbasin, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine. Upstairs, a relaxation area with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating. A long castrated path leads to the gite.
