Bedrooms include closets and dressers. 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers and 1 with jacuzzi tub. 2 living rooms each with a flat screen TV. Includes computer and printer with wireless internet service. Kitchen including oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and microwave. Dining table with seating for 6 as well as an island with seating for 2. Laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 car garage. Outdoor poolside seating including 3 lawn chairs. Outdoor grill. Beautiful tropical scenery including coconut trees, bamboo, papaya trees, banana trees, fig trees, lemon trees, peach trees and sugar cane. Lanai pool cage. Backyard area with 2 swing sets. Completely fenced for optimum privacy and safety.

great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers. The house was just as advertised. The kitchen was well supplied and all the living areas were very comfortable. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The one small issue was the coffee pot which worked, but the lid was ready to fall off.Overall it was a wonderful visit.

Clean, well kept, warm pool, good ambiance and kid friendly. Home was loaded with pantry for us to have fast meals on getting to the property. Property manager was always a phone call away. Enjoyed our stay and quality time.

The house is spacious, clean and excellently stocked with dishes, cookware and linens. Atul even has some extras and snacks available which helps in cooking. The pool was clean and working well. The neighborhood is quiet and makes for a restful vacation.

This is a well-maintained, spacious, and properly equipped 3BR residence in an established neighborhood. The owner was responsive to a minor problem that we encountered. Highly recommended and convenient to the Southwest Regional Airport.

Great Home in a Quiet Residential Area

Large clean home in a quiet residential area. The owner provided information about resturants and activities in the area and he was very responsive to our questions. Pool and hot tube were relaxing. Internet was fast. We would book this home again in the future.

Enjoyable stay

Nice, well kept home in quiet neighborhood. Easy to access major roads & attractions. Kitchen had everything & more as we ate in most meals. Even a great selection of spices. The pool was an added bonus with a nice lanai. Atul, the host, was wonderful & so nice. Any questions were answered as soon as asked. It was nice keeping our rental car in garage. Wonderful 2 week stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable!

The house was very private, and fully equipped. We even had access to a height chair which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. The pool was a dream… very clean and large. The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you

The property was as described in the listing. The last person there before us had an old black dog that shed. The cleaning person used a vacuum with a broken belt so the floor was covered with dog hair and dust bunnies. Atul was excellent to work with in getting our problems solved. Our stay was great after the firts couple of days.

Don't stay unless you have insurance

Nice property, but owner is claim happy. Said I broke things which were already broken. Pool was not heated. Lighting was awful. Was in communication with owner, but feel it was fake when he realized I had insurance.

The contract mentioned that you keep the place as is. You had gone ahead and made changes. Moved all items, including the TV and wiring. You had booked for two and had not disclosed that you had others with you. You had broken the new dishwasher and had poop on the towel and pillow, which needed to be thrown. The blinds were made nonfunctional. The area was left a mess. You have to be held responsible for the mess you made. You called ahead and property manager accommodated you. You told be by text that you had broken the dishwasher. You also informed me that you enjoyed the property. However, as per the contract, you have to be responsible for the damage. Another thing was you lied. There is a No Pet Policy, and you brought a dog in the home.

Our Southern Paradise

If we had ANY problem at all either the property manager or the owner ATUL took care of it. We were extremely happy with how quickly Atul responded to our needs and how accommodating he was. We have a few small suggestions for him on ways to make his home even more welcoming but will contact him directly because “God willing” we will be back next year. After just a couple of days we felt “at home”.

Spacious & Clean

This home is exactly as pictured! Clean & comfortable on the east side of Fort Myers. We were not here for vacation unfortunately, but for a memorial service for family. This location was close to our family to help with last minute preparations. The owner reached out to us prior to our visit and provided great communication! I would recommend them to any friends or family for future stays! The only downside was upon arrival for check in there was an AC repairman & the house was 86* for the first hour. We needed to wait another 30mins. after the problem was fixed before turning the AC back on. It was a hot one, but nothing we couldn’t handle! Glad the property manager had the repairman there to fix the issue for sure! We were sad to leave, we could have used another week!
