Garden Cottage 23 - Beautifully decorated cottage close to pool and beach!

Enjoy the serenity of Jekyll in the newest garden rental at The Cottages at Jekyll Island. This two-story townhome-style beach cottage offers a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining/living area, master suite, and laundry on the first level. The master suite (KING ) and living area are both open to a large lower screened porch complete with a porch swing. Enjoy cooking up your favorite BBQ on the rear patio.. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker. The second level boasts two ensuites (QUEEN) (TWIN TRUNDLE)) each with access to a large balcony. In addition, guests have access by key fob to The Cottage million dollar amenities, which include an oceanfront zero entry pool, beach deck, clubhouse with fitness center and billiards table, community fire pit, beach access.

Monthly Winter Rates are available upon request.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed this house, access to the beach, and neighborhood amenities including the pool. It was so convenient to everything we did on the island. Thank you! We would stay here again.

First time on Jekyll Island!

Overall a wonderful first experience for our family of 4! The property was extremely clean and well-equipped. Both our daughters loved having their own rooms, full bathrooms and personal upstairs porch. LOVED the porch swing as well! The road noise was a bit distracting but not overall bad. The pool was also a bit chilly and unexpectedly closed one day due to maintenance. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Fun week with family

We had a good time at this condo. The beach was only tidally available, but as long as we checked the tide tables, it worked out fine. Our kids loved the pool. It is not heated, so it was a little chilly for the adults. It was great having space for everyone to spread out and we were able to cook and use the grill several times, which was incredibly convenient. The towels were very small and old. If I was going to stay again, I’d bring beach towels (which we did) AND shower/bath towels, but overall we had a great time!
