The Bright and Breezy - Lakefront with Spa!

The Bright and Breezy is a gorgeous newly-remodeled home right on the south shore of Crystal Lake! Outside it features a NEW PRIVATE HOT TUB, huge dock, outdoor shower, hammock, bonfire ring, water toys (including a lilypad and a kayak), backyard deck, and new propane grill! Inside the home is beautifully decorated in bright and beachy tones. Plus high-speed Wi-Fi along with live streaming tv's! The property makes for a fantastic base year-round to explore all of northwest Michigan!

The house is along the luxurious south shore of Crystal Lake, which boasts many luxurious homes of over $1M in value. The neighborhood is primarily made up of vacation homes of professional families.

This is also a great destination for winter skiing! The home is warm and cozy in the winter with an indoor fireplace and it's only a 24-minute drive from Crystal Mountain! It includes high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple televisions with live streaming, and board games as well! Also provides a beautiful wintertime of Crystal Lake and ice fishing right across the street!

Outside of the immediate neighborhood, the home is just a few miles from downtown Frankfort, which has a charming collection of shops, restaurants, cafes, and a microbrewery (Stormcloud). Frankfort also has a fantastic public beach on Lake Michigan and a popular historic lighthouse. The Bright and Breezy is also less than a 30-minute drive from both the start of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (to the north) as well as Crystal Mountain Ski Resort (to the southeast).

The house is also only about a 1-hour drive east to Traverse City. Traverse City is the business, arts, recreation, entertainment, dining, and shopping hub of all of Northern Michigan and it provides a vast variety of "bigger city" things to see and do.

PLEASE NOTE:

(1) Outdoor surveillance cameras are in use at this property.
(2) ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY! This includes service dogs. Please do not attempt to sneak in a pet. We do check-in guests in person and there are outdoor surveillance cameras at the property. If a pet is seen at the property, then the current guest will be immediately removed from the property without any refund of any portion of their stay.

HOT TUB RULES:

• Please shower with soap and water before going in the Hot Tub. Rinse sand off feet as well.
• Enter and exit the Hot Tub Slowly.
• No jumping or diving.
• Do not stand, sit or lay down on the Hot Tub cover or use it as a table.
• Do not bring glass in or near Hot Tub.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• No children under 5 years of age in the Hot Tub.
• Please replace the Spa cover after each use.
• Please turn off high jets after use.
• Please do not use soaps or oils in the Hot Tub.
• If the Hot Tub is found to be excessively unclean, an additional fee will be incurred by guests.
• Do not use alcohol, narcotics or medication while in the Hot Tub.
• Elderly persons must consult doctor before use.
• Pregnant women should NOT use the Hot Tub.
• Do not use the Hot Tub at a temperature over 104 degrees F.
• Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness or infection should consult a doctor before using Hot Tub.
