Perfect Weekend Getaway

Kelley was an amazing host and was very accommodating. You can't get a better location in Charlevoix! The rooftop area is such a nice perk. If you stay here you will be able to walk to every bar, restaurant, or shop in town.

25th Anniversary

Celebrated our 25th Anniversary with family. The condo was very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooftop deck was Amazing. Had everything we needed, and it was new and beautiful!!! Will be back in the future

Mini Break at Riverwalk

The location to downtown Charlevoix, Lake Michigan and bike trails is fantastic. Also close for excursions to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw and Boyne. The condo is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop patio is outstanding place to watch the boats, read and chill. Our host, Kelley, was easy to get ahold of and set everything up well for check in/out. We will look forward to a return to Riverwalk 1.

Very pleasant with everything you need.

This was a great condo. The owner (Kelly), thought of everything. The condo is very new and the beds are comfortable. There are two sets of washers and dryers, so don't bring as much clothes as we did. Ha. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location condo with roof top deck!

Nearly new. Good parking. Beautiful furnishings. Amazingly well stocked with things most vacation rentals do not have available. Roof top deck overlooking the channel is amazing! Great views with a huge patio umbrella for shade, a heater provided for chilly nights, and high-end patio furniture with covers. Ad pictures are accurate. Kelley is a highly responsive owner-manager and very helpful. We loved our stay. Would come back in a heart-beat!

Ideal location, well accommodated

I had lived near this new condo for several years and loved the location, easy to walk to beach, town, restaurants. We walked down to Lake Michigan, where the girls discovered what a clean, clear, salt-free swim is like (we are on the Pacific). The home had everything we needed, even coffee supplies so that we did not have to go to the store immediately. Being new, everything was up to date, down to the heated bathroom floor. Kelly was most responsive when I had made some calls to her. We would definitely stay there again.
