Located in a prestigious building in the city centre, this superb apartment guarantees a wonderful stay in Annecy, thanks to its prime location, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, Bonlieu and Le Paquier. You can reach the Old Town on foot in just a few minutes to enjoy dinner by the canals, stroll through the market or simply admire the beautiful scenery.
The three bedrooms, each with a double bed (queen-size), are situated at the rear of the flat and all have their own television and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The spacious living-dining-kitchen area stretches the full length of the apartment, where large windows offer an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar and a large worktop. The apartment also has a private garage – a real bonus in Annecy, where parking spaces are at a premium!
A member of our team will be there to welcome you.
Keys are handed over in person between 4pm and 9pm.
Any arrival after 9pm will incur a charge of €20.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

Qualité de service décevante
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, même si la vaisselle n'était pas propre, en revanche attente importante à la conciergerie pour la remise des clés. Au final il s'avère que le bip d'ouverture du garage était perdu et que par conséquent le garage était inutilisable alors que c'était un critère très important. La conciergerie propose de rembourser les frais de parking, ce qui n'a pas été fait malgré 2 mails envoyés restés sans réponse et une semaine de passée. Durant le séjour, nous avons eu besoin de joindre la personne qui était censée s'occuper de nous, SMS resté lui aussi sans réponse.
