Nicely located quiet and sunny house, on the heights of Annecy le Vieux. Lake and all commodities (food market,chemist, post-office, etc) within 2 kms.
Nice view on the montains (Mt Veyrier nearby).

Balcony, terrace with outdoor furniture, Nice garden (12 000 sq ft). Private parking lot + garage.
Tastefully decorated.
Ideally for a long stay (one month or more)during off-peak season.
