Super maison, parfaitement équipée, agréable et très spacieuse. Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes ( 2 adultes et 4 ados) chacun a pu profiter de son espace tout en partageant de bons moments ensemble. L’environnement est calme, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Une belle maison avec une âme

On sent le voyage, l'amour des lettres et de la lecture dans ce salon trés agréable. Belle maison à conseiller. Camping car peu facile à garer, Electro Hyper Sensibles s'abstenir en raison des antennes dans la montagne en face, forte exposition aux ondes EM. Pas la faute du loueur qui est trés à l'écoute et sympa.

Un peu loin du lac d’Annecy pour y aller à pieds mais à 5 minutes en voiture. Bien desservie en bus et pratique. Quartier calme. La maison est grande et bien agencée avec un jardin agréable.mais il faut la voiture pour aller faire des courses même pour la boulangerie.

Très bien, au calme et très spacieux.

Idéal très spacieux nous étions 2 couples et 2 enfants(Grands parents les enfants et 2 petites filles ), parking pour voiture et petit déjeuner dans le jardin, 1 semaine très agréable.

Grande et belle maison bien équipée dans une relation de confiance avec le locataire. Ambiance chaude. Il faudrait des mois pour apprécier pleinement les ressources de la bibliothèque ! Combine le calme des hauts d'Annecy le Vieux avec la proximité des zones d'activités.

Fantastic House close to Annecy

We were overjoyed when we arrived and saw Our selection. The house is located about a 10 min drive from Annecy. The house itself was fabulous. Very spacious and traditional, yet quite unique. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and the garden was beautiful. The kitchen and Living area was very well equipped and the entire place was spotless. We will definitely select this property again.
