Living room features solarium, new flooring, upgraded bathroom, ocean view balcony with unobstructed panoramic ocean views. Relax in this beautiful villa while listening to the waves crash below and enjoying the stunning panoramic views. The private gated community of Hamilton Cove features a beach, gym,pool,spa, golf, croquet, tennis courts, basketball, playground and more… There are a few flights of stairs , but the climb is well worth the stunning panoramic ocean view. There is a 3% processing charge for any cancellations

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please take out the trash. The trash bins are located next to the golf cart parking. You can use any trash bins available.

Please make sure the BBQ is cleaned and propane is turned off.

Please make sure the gas is filled on the golf cart before departure. The gas station is out at pebbly beach. It uses regular or premium gas.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are no open flames, glitter , confetti allowed. No parties , smoking or loud music.

Guests hold the HOA and owners harmless for use of any amenities. All amenities are subject to availability.

Guests who book direct or with VRBO and cancel are subject to a 3% cancellation fee for processing the refund. Thank you for understanding.
