Enjoy everything Waterville Valley has to offer in this one bedroom vacation condo. This updated condo includes a Queen sized bed in the bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the living room allowing for families up to 5 or 4 adults. Condo includes a gas fireplace, wireless internet, clothes dryer and full kitchen and bath. Located on the property is a community pool at Windsor Hill, a newly installed electric car charging station located directly in front of building and town shuttles to Waterville Valley Ski Resort.

Waterville Valley is the outdoor, family friendly destination spot in NH. Waterville Valley Ski Resort is within a 3 mile drive of condo and a short walk to Town Square, White Mountains Athletic Club, and Waterville Valley Recreation Department. Countless miles of trails and mountains in the Valley provide hiking, walking, mountain biking, cross county skiing, snowshoeing and alpine skiing. Located in town is a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, bike and boat rentals, shopping and dining.

Many updates to property. Kitchen well stocked with high quality cooking pans. Bathroom could use functional vent fan. Great location to all that Waterville Valley has to offer to outdoors people. Very quiet location! Great views from outdoor seating area.

Couch needs attention

The host was responsive about checkin but when we arrived at the property, the couch cushions were bare, without slipcovers and the bottom fabric of the couch was in tatters. The coffee table was broken. Also, the fireplace and washer did not work. Luckily we only stayed two nights.

The condo was great! Perfect for 3 of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. It was a very quick drive up to the mountain for skiing and to the restaurants, ice rink and everything else Waterville Valley has to offer. The host was also responsive and very friendly. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again in the future!

Wonderful little condo nestled steps from the center of Waterville. Steve the owner great and very responsive . I had a little issue with checking in but Steve was very helpful - even FaceTimed me to help walk me through. He also offered up some suggestions to hikes and things to do around town. overall wonderful stay!
