Just a short distance away, you'll find the Caesar (formerly Mercedes) Superdome and the lively Smoothie King Arena, catering to sports enthusiasts and event-goers.

When it's time to dive into the heart of New Orleans, the iconic French Quarter is a mere 2.5 miles away. You're also conveniently situated within 2 miles of the historic St. Charles Streetcar line and the captivating WWII Museum.

Immerse yourself in the local culture by leisurely wandering to nearby eateries, enjoying your morning coffee at Starbucks, or savoring meals at a selection of chain restaurants. "Maison de Nil" offers you the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility to relish all that the "BIG EASY" has to offer.

For your protection and the safety of the home, we have active ring cameras in the front of the home pointing to the entrance and street, backyard pointing to the gate and patio furniture and side of the property pointing to the gate and walkway. All cameras record 24/7

There is a $500 fee for disconnecting any electronics including the cameras.
NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUG USE IS ALLOWED. IF SUSPECTED THERES A MIN $500 FEE FOR CLEANING
For the security of our guests an access code will be provided via text message 1 hour before checkin.

Upon leaving the house do not lock the bottom lock

Ample free street parking, usually 2 spots in front on the property

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer, place in trash and put all trash in the respective outside trash can. Travel home safely and thank you for your stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Smoking, vaping or drug use allowed on the property. If suspected there is a minimum $500 additional fee for deep cleaning.
