The stay was very nice! We didn’t realize the layout of the house, as it’s one long hallway that flows through each bedroom. I found it fun, but consider it if you’re a group that needs privacy. The stay was very close to a few different bus stops and street car stops, which made traveling around the city very accessible! Overall, a great stay!
We had a great stay! The home was not too far away from all the festivities we had planned. The house was very cozy and clean. We had a group of 6 adults and we all fit perfectly! I would recommend this place to the next guest.
It was my first time in New Orleans and I only got to spend one night. This was the perfect spot. A quick Uber ride from EVERYTHING. The place was very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
This property is on a busy main road. The walls are very thin, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors. The property was clean and well appointed. It is a bit darker than the photos make out.
Responsive host, clean facilities. But with thin walls, easy to hear conversations from next door. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking and speaking, especially when they checking in very late, after 10 PM. Hangers in closet would have been nice to hang our coats.
My teenage kids and I took a quick trip to NOLA. This condo offered a well-located place to crash once we finished our shopping and sightseeing around town. It had an easy check-in process and comfortable accommodations.
No issues. The people upstairs were a little loud later in the night but we were up. The 2 beds are advertised as doubles but they are twin size. Still works for us but just for reference. Comfortable for 5 people overnight.
This place was very cute but we felt a little misled. If you are coming to town to party, this would work great. Not the best for small children. The walls were very thin. We could hear all of the other visitors. At night, there was a lot of noise in the backyard and under the floors, like a scratching. The house is on a busier street so getting out of the car was difficult. All the parking spots near the house were handicapped. It is close enough to the french quarter that a lyftride was 20 roundtrip, depending on time of day. The owner was great and responding when our tub was clogged before we even used it.Heads up on the buck moth caterpillars all over the porch!Owner was promt and responsive, i would not come back though as i am not a partier.Thank you for your hospitality.
A small group of us needed a home away from home and this spot worked well. It was great to have two bathroom and all the basic kitchen supplies. A great trip to New Orleans.
The decor was nicely put together! Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. You can tell there was money and love put into this place! Definitely recommend!
The location was 10 to 15 mins from everything. The home was clean. I didn't have a problem with parking. The host was very responsive. I extended my stay and the host accommodated my extended stay. I will definitely stay here next time I am in New Orleans.
Easy to get to fairgrounds or downtown. Owners are fantastic, responsive and made everything easy. Good value for a weekend stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
We had some difficulties/delays communicating via VRBO. No fault of the host. The door code provided in the check-in email didn’t work. Apparently the property manager has changed the code & hadn’t notified the host. Thankfully, we were able to get the new code without too much trouble. The actual couch at the property was different from the one pictured & was quite worn with a tear in the fabric & a spring that was visibly pushing against the fabric. We also had some problems with electricity going out in the first bathroom, which took a few days to get resolved. On the plus side, the property is very centrally located with lots of amenities nearby and very easily able to get to places we wanted to go. The beds are extremely comfortable with lots of pillows.
Nice place to stay with a group. Budget friendly. Host is very friendly and helpful. Close to all prime locations.

Hello Anvesh,
Thank you for the kind words. I love the location here being so centrally located and quick ride to everything New Orleans. Have a lovely day, David
I took my 2 17 year old granddaughters on New Orleans vacation to site see, eat good food and take a couple of hands on cooking classes. We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean. Everyone had their own bedroom. It was shot gun style and we loved it. All but one night we had easy parking in front of condo. It was a easy commute to downtown New Orleans by car.
