The semi-detached house in a quiet location is in 2. Sea line. From all floors there is a sea view, from the roof terrace you have a spectacular view of the island of Cabrera.
It has its own pool, which does not have to be shared with neighbors, air conditioning, DSL connection with WiFi, flat screen TV with Chromecast and Blueray player, heating etc. Both a Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available for everyone with "the will to grill". There are also 2 bicycles in the house.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80x2.00 and 1.60x2.00) and have air conditioning. The large bedroom has a lounge area to the balcony. If the weather is not so good, you can make yourself comfortable here and look at the sea and read a book or listen to music.

The large kitchen with partial sea view is equipped with a fridge, gas stove (5 fireplaces), oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and dishwasher. A washing machine is in the storage room.

Both bathrooms have a bath, the bathroom in the master bedroom with a bath for 2 people is en suite and also has sea views. Hair dryer, towels and bed linen are in the house.

Great place to rent

Everything is there, pool, view, air conditioning in the bedrooms, all you need to cook in the kitchen, plus a small BBQ if you can manage to light it... Very close to Cala Pi town center and beach which is convenient. Not too far from Palma and airport. Best beach we found nearby was Es Trenc, but that is 30 mins drive and you have to pay for parking.

Second stay at Casa Barbara!

Lovely private villa with pool and three areas to enjoy the sun and views, we particularly enjoyed sundowners on the balcony off the master bedroom. The sun deck gives beautiful panoramic views and ideal for a spot of star gazing. Everything we needed was in the property, walking distance to local restaurants and small supermarkets in Cala Pi, 10-15 minute drive to larger super markets in Campos. Communication with the owner is perfect and the check in and check out process is painless! Peaceful and relaxing, would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

The PROS - photos matched the listing perfectly, stunning views, very clean and outfitted well, especially the kitchen! Stefan was very easy to work with. CONS - wifi would not connect using either password and login provided, Grill would not work, no one to show us how, which was something we really wanted to use, I had been told that Adrian would meet us day of arrival, we had to call him when leaving the airport, coming from the US this was important to us, day of arrival Adrian advised he would leave the villa open an put keys on counter, we arrived to a dark and locked villa, had to phone Adrian to be told keys are under the mat, Adrian arrived the next day to try to lite the grill, provided no introduction to the villa, which was disappointing to us.!otherwise we had a very nice stay.

Very nice!

We had a very nice experience renting this house! We (2 adults, 1 teen) stayed for a week in June 2025. From the get go the owner, Stefan, was amazing to communicate with and he helped us politely and quickly by answering our questions throughout the stay. The house is big and very well-equipped. I doubt anyone will miss anything they need. We especially enjoyed the AC in the bedrooms, the washing machine and all the different kitchen appliances. The pool is nice and was cleaned by a gardener who came once during our stay. The location suited us very well. We like quiet neighborhoods where there is a mix between permanent residents and visitors. The view from the house is lovely. We took lots of road-trips to explore mainly the south and east of the island and Cala Pi was a nice place from where to do so. The following were not dealbreakers or huge problems for us, but could be of interest to some: There are indeed a lot of steps (stone type stairs) down to the beach at Cala Pi (and of course up again). As long as you’re of normal health and don’t suffer from any impairments you should be fine. The stove runs on gas, which can run out. If so,it may take sometime (in our case about 5 h) before anyone can come help you change the canister. The oven is electric though so you can still cook using that. There are not two tubs in the house, there is one. We think maybe the description of the house needs to be edited. There are two showers though! Summary: Great!

Das Ferienhaus punktet mit einer schönen Lage und einem sauberen Inneren. Besonders angenehm ist der Pool, der sich direkt am Haus befindet – ideal zur Abkühlung und zum Entspannen.Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der Kontakt zum Besitzer: Bei kleineren Problemen war stets jemand erreichbar, und es wurde schnell Abhilfe angeboten.Allerdings ist das Haus insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Leuchtmittel waren defekt, von vier Außenlampen funktionierte nur eine. Auch das Mobiliar im Außenbereich ist größtenteils nicht mehr nutzbar: Von vier Sonnenliegen war nur eine verwendbar, die anderen waren entweder kaputt oder stark abgenutzt. Der Wäscheständer sowie die Auflagen für Stühle und Liegen sind in einem sehr unansehnlichen Zustand und sollten dringend ersetzt werden.Auf der positiven Seite stehen jedoch die Bäder und die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern.Fazit: Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich schön, aber es besteht definitiv Renovierungs- und Erneuerungsbedarf – besonders im Außenbereich. Mit ein wenig mehr Pflege und Instandhaltung könnte das Ferienhaus deutlich an Komfort und Qualität gewinnen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in dem wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht haben. Sehr ruhiger Ort, schöne Badebucht sogar zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 20 min). Das Meer ist von jeder Etage zu sehen. Die Betten waren bequem und haben uns gut schlafen lassen. Ein weiterer Vorteil war die Küchenausstattung. Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, sodass nicht ständig die Spülmaschine laufen muss.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - die Ausstattung war top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hatte uns Tipps und Vorschläge gegeben, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unkompliziert und einfach URLAUB!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten Anfang Juli 9 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist phantastisch und der Pool war ein Traum. Man hatte von der Terrasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Parken konnten wir bequem vorm Haus. Die Lage des Hauses war genau was wir gesucht haben, Ruhe und Erholung war unser Ziel.Das ist voll gelungen. Allerdings ist ein Auto unerlässlich, jedoch gibt es auch am Ort einen kleinen Supermarkt, der täglich supertolles, frisches, oberleckeres Baguette hat. Sehr zu empfehlen.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super! Die Antworten kamen immer prompt.Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.Vielen Dank für diese wunderbaren Tage.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus in Cala Pi liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage Man kann sich sehr gut erholen der Strand ist sehr klein und nur über eine Treppe mit hundert Stufen erreichbar Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto um zu anderen Stränden zu gelangen

Schöner Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Die Casa Barbara befindet sich in ruhiger Lager in Cala Pi. Das Haus befindet sich in einem guten Zustand, es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Der Check In Vorgang war super Problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Stefan/Adrian war problemlos. Das Internet ist kurz ausgefallen und wurde direkt behoben. Der Strand ist gute 20min entfernt jedoch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ohne Mietwagen würden wir nicht dorthin reisen, einkaufen kann man in Campos (Lidl). Der Sparmarkt vor Ort ist für Kleinigkeiten aber auch gut zu gebrauchen (teuer). Die Gastronomie haben wir auch getestet. Hier kann man hochpreisig oder für einen guten Preis Pizza/Pommes/Burger essen. Der Pool ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Renovierung. Wurde aber bestens gereinigt. Die Liegen sind auch schon etwas älter, könnten ggf. mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten aber alles bestens. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit klasse Ausblick. Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Pool an sich auch wunderbar, leider lösen sich einzelne der kleinen Fliesen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen.

Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr erholsam

Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm in dieser Wohngegend von Cala Pi. Leider gibt es zur Eigenversorgung kein geignetes Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe.Der einzige Lden in Cala Pi ist masslos überteuert. Der nächste Markt in Campos ist fast 30 Km entfernt. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Nach einem Ausfall des Internets hat die Vertrauensperson vorort schnell und professionell Hilfe geleistet.

Herrlicher erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in der Casa Barbara war von Anfang an herrlich erholsam. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Verwalter war völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Ein Urlaub in der Casa Barbara ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Great comfortable villa

We very much enjoyed our stay, the villa is located in a peaceful area, ideal for recharging the batteries. The villa has everything you need and more, I would highly recommend. Stefan and Adrian are both excellent to deal with.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub an der Cala Pi verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Der wunderbare Blick von den Terrassen, vor allem der Dachterrasse war ein Traum. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, auch sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein Fernglas zum Schiffe beobachten steht im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zu Fuß kann man sogar vom Haus zum Strand laufen, aber in der Mittagshitze können die knapp 20 Minuten lang werden. Als Bonus gab es für uns wunderbare Restaurant-Tipps vom Vermieter. Danke dafür und die klasse Kommunikation bei all unseren Fragen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage mit wirklich tollem Pool.

Es war wirklich alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, dennoch hätten wir minimale Verbesserungsvorschläge: - eine Klimaanlage auch fürs Wohnzimmer - die Liegen am Pool müssten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder…

Härligt hus med pool

Ett trevligt o fint hus med de flesta bekvämligheter på plats blandat med en vacker havsutsikt. En härlig pool gjorde inte saken sämre. Vi är på det stora hela nöjda, men besvikna på den dåliga servicen från fastighetsskötaren då luftkonditioneringen inte funkade i det stora sovrummet. Trots löften fick vi aldrig någon återkoppling.
