Welcome to Dresden!

Our quietly located non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance, right next to our decorative ginkgo tree. The large windows in the living area and in the bedroom face south-east. So you can be woken up by the sun in the morning.

We have furnished our apartment with high quality, with great attention to detail and to make you feel good. So 2 people can use the superior comfort of an apartment with living room, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small terrace during their stay in Dresden. A separate telephone connection and WLAN enable you to communicate undisturbed and individually.

We are looking forward to your visit!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr und ist ruhig gelegen. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und auch gerne mal wiederkommen.

Besser geht's nicht!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der liebevoll eingerichteten und super sauberen, gepflegten FeWo mit dem wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns einige wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Besser geht es einfach nicht! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Eine schöne Wohnung alles da was man draucht

Eine schöne Wohnung alles neu es ist alles da was man braucht. Allerdings schon ab gelegen man muss 10 bis 15 Minuten laufen bis zur Bushaltestelle es sind 5 Km bis zur City wir sind einmal in die neustadt gefahren (Taxi) 20 Euro. Dort gibt es viele Lokale und geschäfte .

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit guter Nahverkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt. Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es lt. Maps 600 m, 7 bis 9 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straßenbahn Linie 11 benötigt 10 Min zum Dresdner Hauptbahnhof/ Stadtzentrum. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten ist sie in der Altstadt, von dort aus überquert sie die Elbe und fährt auch durch die Neustadt bis in den Norden von Dresden. Diese, eine der längsten Straßenbahnlinie Dresdens, fährt im Takt von 10 Min und auch nachts. Den Fahrplan haben wir für Sie in der Ferienwohnung gleich bereitgelegt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch in Dresden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - sehr nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem wunderschönem, gepflegten Garten mit netter Sitzgelegenheit. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir unterstellen. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vorschläge und Angebote für Unternehmungen liegen reichlich in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
