Beach Towel Bonus: Ensure all beach towels are washed and in the dryer. Not the end of the world if you run out of time. But, our cleaning team will thank you—they have a tight schedule!
Towel Tidiness: Please load dirty white towels into the washer with 1 laundry sheet and bleach, please run it on the hot cycle. If furniture isn't in its original spot, a $50 charge will be applied.
Pet Protocol: For our pet-friendly guests, kindly scoop up after your furry friends. A $50 charge will be applied if not done. If fur is found in beds, a $50 pet fee will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If smoking is detected inside, a $200 fee will be charged, and absolutely no parties, will be asked to leave.
