This multilevel house offers a spacious rooftop deck with a gas grill, indoor minibar, and refrigerator, making it perfect for entertaining! You'll also have access to a kitchen on each of the other two levels, stainless steel appliances, and multiple dining and sitting areas. On top of that, your vacation home is located within a short distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown activities, meaning every day will bring new adventures with it. Please note, this home has a Firestick and YouTube TV. Guests may stream their own streaming services as well.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
