Family in Costa Rica

This is our fifth time back to this area of Costa Rica. The location on the beach is perfect. The A/C is only in the bedrooms, so it is pretty warm for us northerners in the living area of the home. Daily maid service was nice and they did our laundry!

Beautiful

The property is full of character, and allows the air to breathe right through its heart, and there is plenty of refreshing breeze. The ocean is literally steps away, and the beach is peaceful and friendly. Lina was responsive, and addressed all our inquiries.

Why they chose this property

This was a family home built by my parents in the early eighties and passed down to me. Perfect to raise your children in as I did. Very user friendly and built with comfortability in mind, low maintenance.

What makes this property unique

Constantly changing nature and the colors that reside within it are the picture-perfect frame for ample rooms with soft breezes running through that will warm you soul and entice your eyes.
Every room gives you a different perspective of the ocean, it is the views that will keep you entertained. it's like watching a performance in front of your house, permanently.
