The home resides in a single-family, non-commercial neighborhood and is monitored by four exterior cameras for safety and liability purposes. Pool safety restrictions are listed in the check-in documents and must be observed. These occupancy, capacity, and safety requirements are strictly enforced and were established by the owner to protect the property, and its furnishings and to respect the privacy of the neighborhood. Occupancy is defined as the number of individuals in the house utilizing the property, not the number of people who stay throughout the night. If you plan on having additional people over to visit the property, please call property management for approval. If these rules do not suit your vacation needs, another rental would be better for your stay.
