No a/c!

The house itself was nice and clean. Nicely decorated. The only problem, there was no a/c! Although AC was not listed as an amenity, in the summer one would think a/c is a given. Half of our party had to go to a hotel because it was unbearably hot. Had to eat out because it was too hot to cook as it was a gas stove. Great place for winter months but not for summer.

Nice house

The kitchen is a bit bare, so if you plan on cooking, baking & storing leftovers during your stay you’ll need to bring everything except your basic set of pots and pans.
