Great location. Nice neighborhood. Close to Block Island ferry and Newport. House had everything we needed. We had a great time!! Would definitely recommend.
House was great! We were expecting 4 bedrooms, but one was not available due to some water damage, which would have been nice to know. Besides that we enjoyed the space.
We were three couples spending a quite new year's eve together. The house had everything we needed - great kitchen, dining and living area with three bedrooms that all had room for an adult couple. The house would also be great for a small family. An excellent bargain for the price. Anthony was great with communication and flexible with requests. Would definitely stay there again.
The property was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 3 (we could have added a few more people and been totally comfortable). The house is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, cookware, dinnerware, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, etc. Good location within a short (5-10 minute) drive of several nice beaches. Backyard looks out onto Sunset farm and is very private, with a nice deck and firepit. The host gave us several recommendations for places to eat in the area which were all great. Would definitely recommend and/or book again!
Anthony is a great host and provides everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen cabinets and appliances are brand new. Cookware and dinnerware are all new. Plenty of linens are provided. As well as some spices, tp, detergents, trash bags etc. 3 bedrooms are on main floor. King with en suite 1/2 bath, a full bed (a bit firm) and a queen. All with window ACs and ceiling fans. A full bath on main floor. The basement has a bedroom with a queen and a fan but no ac. It does get a little stuffy down there. The living room is comfortable with a window ac and large tv. All bedrooms have a tv as well. The home also provides a washer dryer, 5 beach chairs and some games. The back deck is private and includes a fire pit. We got to see the cows come right up to the fence one day which was a fun treat. Overall it was a perfect accommodation for our family. We would definitely stay again. We appreciated the easy checkout procedure as well.
Exceptionally well provisioned compact house with great location near ferry terminal and beaches. Lovely private back yard and close to large farm with outstanding meat and produce. Host could not have been more gracious and personable.
My mother and I took my four-year-old son to Rhode Island for us a few days. The property was adorable. Very nicely appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely re-book!
Very clean, spacious, great view of Sunset Farm out the back slider - we saw a flock of wild turkeys every morning. Anthony, the host, was very responsive. We'd love to stay here again!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Didn’t meet expectations
Let me start by saying that I enjoyed the location and I appreciated that there were several k-cups to start out and spices and other basic pantry items present, but there were a number of maintenance problems: several lightbulbs are burned out; vents on the outside of the house flap in the wind; the dresser in the master bedroom lacks structural support; there were no potholders, dish towel, or dish soap; the polyester linens on the bed were uncomfortable; etc. Communication with the owner was minimal. My sister, who stayed with me one night, reported that she heard an animal or animals scratching behind the walls or ceiling, although I did not, so cannot confirm this. While the house was mostly clean, there was a large wad of hair at the shower drain, which made me wonder if the tub had been cleaned at all. All in all, I would rate this property C+.

Hi Marie,
Thank you for your review as we do our best to take everyone’s feedback to ensure better stays for future guests!
I just want to point out a few things, pot holders are in the drawer near the stove along with the dish towels, and the dish soap is in the cupboard under the sink along with the pods for the dishwasher.
In regards to the animal, there is a farm in the back, so I’m not sure if maybe that is what she is refereeing to? And as for the hair, I clean that shower and check the drain in between every single guest and I can assure you the hair was not there before your arrival.
Thank you,
Anthony
I rented this house for my boyfriend and his friends weekend reunion. It was just what they needed to come back to and relax after a long day exploring RI!
