This accommodation features 4 spacious bedrooms as well as a separate studio with a sleeper sofa equipped with a real mattress for optimal comfort. The decor and layout make this place the perfect retreat for your stay.

Sheets, towels, and essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, and a serving of coffee are provided to help you get your stay off to a good start.

Check-in is handled via the self-check-in system.

This magnificent villa offers a warm and welcoming setting, ideal for your stay. It features 4 double beds, one single bed, and a Rapido sofa bed equipped with a comfortable, full-size mattress (140x200), perfect for peaceful nights. Ample storage space is also available to help you settle in.

Designed with your comfort in mind, this home is fully equipped: sheets and towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, Nespresso pods for your first day, a toaster, an iron, a microwave, a full set of kitchen utensils (yes, even a corkscrew!), toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have everything you need.

To ensure you have the most pleasant stay possible, we make it a point of honour to ensure the property is spotless upon your arrival.

Free, unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre) is available, and you can enjoy a flat-screen HD TV (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.).

To make your arrival easier, a guide will be sent to you 48 hours before check-in, with all the necessary instructions for picking up the keys.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities.

From the villa, you can easily reach several points of interest, such as the famous Plage Mala or the coastal trail, in just a few minutes on foot. The area is quiet and pleasant for walks.

🚌 By public transport
Bus stops are nearby and provide regular service to Monaco, Beausoleil, Nice, and the surrounding towns. The Cap d’Ail train station is also just a few minutes away, allowing you to reach Monaco in 2 minutes or Nice in 20 minutes.

🚗 By Car
The villa is conveniently connected to the Moyenne Corniche and the A8, making it easy to drive to Monaco (5 min), Nice (20 min), Menton (15 min), or even Italy. Parking is available near the property.

✈️ Airport
The Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about a 30-minute drive or taxi ride away. Shuttles and trains also connect the airport to Cap d’Ail and Monaco.

🚕 Taxis & Ride-Hailing Services
Taxi and ride-hailing services (Uber, Bolt, etc.) are readily available in the area for one-time trips or travel to the airport.
