Very nice studio of 17 m2 in the heart of the Marais for 2 people, completely on courtyard. 3rd without elevator:
• Fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, tea maker, and everything you need to cook.
• Dining area with 2 chairs and 1 table
• Bedroom, with a 180* 200 cm bed and dressing room. Window on courtyard. HD TV and speaker
• Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin. Hairdryer. Washing machine dries laundry. WC.
Linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
Note:
- the receptions are made without surcharges from Monday to Saturday between 14h and 20h. Between 20h and 22h, there is a supplement of 35 €. Between 22h and midnight, there is a supplement of 50€.
