The front covered porch and the back spacious above ground wooden deck overlooking the wooded ravine provide the outdoor retreat-style spaces to relax and unwind after a busy day and night exploring the city.

Open and spacious split floor plan with gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking appliances open to dining and living room areas with a loft-like feel. This Five Points retreat has three spacious bedrooms. The north-east bedroom is large and has an in-suite bath with a 2-sink cabinet, large shower and free-standing oval garden tub overlooking the wooded ravine- a rare find in Five Points. The two south-west bedrooms are ample in size and share a nice-sized hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 5' one sink-cabinet. All bedrooms have been furnished with Tuft & Needle Mint King size beds for upmost comfort.

Great spacious updated house!

House has been remodeled and it was done very well. We loved the openness of the kitchen, family room, and dining area. Bedrooms are spacious and master bath is very spacious. The back deck is charming too! We loved the “party lights” on the front and back porches. A couple of small additions would be helpful: salt/pepper, few more bath towels, iron or steamer, and a microwave (unless we just didn’t know how to use the small convection oven?) But we would highly recommend this property and loved all the extra modern/tech touches!
