Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family-friendly home is in a central location just minutes from Downtown and UGA. If you're in town for UGA Men's Basketball or Football, ask about our parking pass in the Hoke Smith Annex (adjacent to Stegeman Coliseum).

Each bedroom has a comfortable king bed with clean linens ready for your stay.

This is the place to be! From the ease of logging into wifi with a QR code to the refreshments and other amenities, the home is spacious and accommodating. My family and I were comfortable as the home was clean and neat. I also enjoyed the retro arcade games Pac Man and Galaga!The owner communicated the expectations and was available whenever I sent messages. Also, it is conveniently located.With this type of hospitality, I would stay again and recommend this home to others.

Beautiful home in a safe and very convenient location to downtown. More than enough room for multiple families. The house was perfect for our stay. Exactly as described and the host was very welcoming! We had 4 adult couples in town for the Georgia football game and the house could not have been better for that - everyone had plenty of room, and the house was stocked with amenities. Can't recommend enough!

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful, new, well appointed home in a nice neighborhood. Every convenience and some really nice touches (snacks and drinks, etc). We had a wonderful stay and our host was super responsive and made the whole process very easy! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Athens again.

Sister trip to UGA!

We had *such* a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. My three sisters and I were in town for UGA parent’s weekend for my two daughters. We were very comfortable in the house from the moment we stepped in. Each bedroom is perfectly furnished, and the king beds made us feel even more pampered! We enjoyed nice slow breakfasts + coffee each morning in the big, open, well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were incredibly communicative and provided snacks, drinks and very generous welcome gifts! The location is perfect for campus visits/game day yet you feel like you have nice separation from the bustle of UGA. The home is nestled on a quiet street. We felt very lucky to find this property and can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Experience!

Every detail has been thought of in this house. It is extremely nice, very comfortable, very clean, and there were zero issues/problems/inconveniences. One afternoon we noticed the alarm system had developed a "beep" about every 20 seconds. I messaged the host asking how I could clear it and he actually came by to fix it 10 minutes later. Downtown Athens is a short 3-4 miles away and an easy Uber/Lyft ride if needed. This was the best rental experience I've had.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in Athens while staying in this lovely home. The convenience and location made our enjoyment and travel time so much less stressful. We have typically stayed in hotels while visiting, but this experience was much better. We had ample room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms & other spaces. The home was thoughtfully stocked and well planned out. My personal favorite time was spent enjoying the cozy back porch while reading and listening/watching birds and other wild life. It was a calm spot to recharge before enjoying the festivities at UGA.

My wife and I both came to UGA in the early 1990s and decided to remain in Athens after graduation. We love Athens and everything it has to offer and cannot imagine calling anywhere else our home. We have 2 boys - one a 4th year at UGA, and the other a high school freshman. When we're not cheering on the Dawgs, we enjoy spending time with family in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and travelling in general.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Normaltown neighborhood because of its close proximity to UGA, downtown Athens, the UGA Health Sciences Campus, and Normaltown restaurants. The house is located on a quiet residential street, near Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital and a few blocks from Bishop Park. Centrally located, you can quickly get to restaurants on Prince Avenue, Beachwood, downtown and Atlanta Highway.

What makes this property unique

We are the owners of the house and are local, so our guests deal directly with us and not a property manager. Our attention to detail as hosts earned us 119 5-star Vrbo reviews on a beach house we rented from 2010 to 2020. In 2020, we sold the beach house, bought what was a 1200 sq ft, BR/1BA duplex and transformed it into this beautiful 4BR/3.5BA, 3200 sq ft house. The house is roomy and comfortable and will be perfect for your Athens getaway.
