We live in Watkinsville, Ga with our two daughters, our cat and two dogs! Stephanie works for a local non-profit providing free financial counseling to the working poor. Chris enjoys operating our short-term rental management company (CAS Hospitality Group), day-trading, and working at a local restaurant. Steph is a UGA grad and we are both huge dawg fans!
Why they chose this property
Our beautiful home is located in the highly coveted Five Points area of Athens. Five Points in Athens offers small town charm with its historic architecture, quaint shops and upscale restaurants. Just .6 miles from the UGA campus, it is only a short 12-minute walk to see our GA bulldogs in action or visit your UGA student :) As you stroll around Athens, make sure to visit the local Jittery Joe's for a home-grown cup of coffee and check out many of the neighborhood restaurants along your path, including Marker Seven Coastal Grille, The Expat, Local 706, Slater's Steak House, and Five and Ten.

This gorgeous private full bathroom within the upstairs 3rd bedroom features a beautiful tile shower with glass sliding doors you are certain to enjoy!
