Large mansion in Minneapolis
My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and the beach. It’s good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It’s a great centralized location! Walkable to Downtown, Uptown Minneapolis and Eat-street. It's close to the airport & Mall Of America. The entire property is 11,000 sq ft. There is a separate carriage house in the rear of the property that has permanent tenants. The main house where you'll stay is 10,000 sq ft (1st and 2nd, and 3rd floor) as well as the basement. Parking in the driveway for 4-5 cars and plenty of off street parking.

It was a wonderful home for us to host all of our family. We had a profession chef cook in the kitchen for our group and they had all they needed to turn out a spectacular meal. We felt very lucky to be in this home together.

very nice home, very spacious for a large group. plenty of towels, cups in kitchen, etc. Only complaints: third floor shower did not get much hot water. Also code for check in was incorrect, slightly delaying entry

Perfect place to host

This property was perfecting for hosting friends! The kitchen is beautiful and has so many utensils and serving ware that elevate meals! Street parking was not an issue in the morning, and the driveway also has space for parking. Plenty of space in the home and lots of bedrooms. Full of charm and a historical feeling!

Family vacation hub

My family of 17 stayed in the home for a long weekend. There were rooms on each level and everyone slept comfortably. It was wonderful to have the kitchen to cook meals together and plenty of places for everyone to sit. (There’s a kitchen on three different levels, but we only needed one) This is a beautiful home to stay in and the host responded to messages within 15 minutes from the time the residence was booked to the end of the stay.

Beautiful home convenient location

We only rented the 1st and 2nd floors and basement. We only spent 2 nights. The location was convenient to downtown and other sites. Only glitch was a front door lock that didn’t work but they gave us a code to the back door after a call. The house has 12 ft+ ceilings and huge rooms. Plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out.

Very Nice, But:

The property was very nice and met expectations, but there were several items that should be addressed: 1. The dish washers were a problem. The wheels to move the dish holders had several wheels off making it VERY difficult to put our used dishes in without much frustration. Delaney was very responsive, but after she fixed this, the new wheels were breaking already. Ugh!! 2. The new toilet paper roils were too big to fit in several holders. 3. Several places had small, but noticeable, places with the need for repair, and there were several places where there was evidence that some work was done but not finished. 4. In the master suite, there was no convenient electric outlet for our CPAP and other items to be plugged in. 5. The 4 steps from the main floor to the front door, and to the bathroom for that floor, should have railings. It was not easy for the older members of our family (me and others). 6.The TVs were not working at first. Annoying!! 7.The basement was VERY cold! 8. Delaney was a huge asset!! She was VERY nice and committed to prompt response to any of our issues. Living close was terrific as she would come to see any problems right away and she would arrive in just a few minutes. .

A great home for a large family

The home was perfect for all our needs. It provided the space that we needed to comfortably accommodate all our guests. The library, dining room and other large common areas were also well suited to our needs.
