A serene vacation awaits in our secluded, fully furnished, beach condominium; perfect for a family of 7! Our condo gives amazing sunsets as it faces Santa Cruz, which you can enjoy while grilling with a 1lb propane BBQ on your very own patio. Conveniently located between Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz makes for super fun day trips to the Boardwalk, Aquarium, or Wharf.

Step inside this spacious 3 bedroom condo and spend peaceful nights with a fireplace and smart TV with Netflix! Beach level condo with no stairs to climb; just follow the boardwalk to your condo and to beach access! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a twin bunk bed with trundle in the third bedroom, this home is perfect for a family trip with the little ones. Our home has amazing amenities and features with a Sony Audio docking station, Keurig Coffee Maker, Piano, Pack N Play, Highchair, and 2 Blu-ray players. The bedroom with the twin bunk bed and trundle has a flat screen TV with cable, and a Wii station! This condo is very spacious with a dining room table to sit 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances.

We have various brochures of nearby attractions at our lobby! Along with these brochures you will find complimentary coffee and newspaper, and our extensive selection of DVDs. Stop by our gift store where you can find various souvenirs, clothing items, as well as foods, snacks, and other trinkets.

Play pickleball, basketball, and tennis with our assortment of sporting equipment; free to rent! Nearby amenities include tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts for our guests to use.

We are in a gated community, our resort has security 24 hours a day for peaceful nights. With staff available 7 days a week, our resort is perfect for beach lovers to enjoy the coast in a peaceful retreat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a lovely stay for a long wedding weekend in the area. Comfortable beds, great gathering area, and just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful memories made in a great home! Hope to come back again!

Best family beach vacation

The home was very clean and ready for our stay. Signage within the house was clearly and positively stated. Easy beach access. Great place. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pajaro fam getwaway

We brought our son and his family. Stayed it was ADA accessible and for the most part was. Our ramp didn’t quite work for getting in the door but worked with the walker, likewise couldn’t get access into master bedroom without switching from wheelchair to walker. The only real accessible part was first floor and ramps to the door. Unit however was well furnished not crowded with crap and while dated was very satisfactory
