There is over 4000 feet of private sugar sand beach and natural sand dunes with umbrella/lounge chair rental available. The beach to the east is approximately 1 mile of undeveloped land and to the west of the Resort is single family homes. The Resort is a gated community with 24 hr security. There are 2 outdoor pools (one directly in front of this unit), a newly completed domed indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, sauna and exercise room. The family oriented complex has multiple lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and horseshoes. There are multiple outdoor grills scattered throughout the grounds with 2 located beside this condos' private balcony. Also located next to the balcony is a grassy area and porch swing for children as well as adults. The Sassy Bass Island Grill is located on site for delicious food and drink and adjacent to the Resort is the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

This is the perfect condo for a couple or small family as it is only approximately 500 square feet. There is 1 bedroom with queen bed, 2 child size bunks in hallway, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a rocker/recliner. The 1 bathroom has a tiled shower/tub. The kitchen is equipped with basic dinnerware and cookware. There are updated stainless appliances, crockpot, blender, toaster, and Keurig cup/pod combo coffee maker. There are 2 wall hung televisions (43 inch in living room and 32 inch in bedroom) with free cable and WiFi. There is a DVD player in the bedroom. There IS NOT a washer or dryer in the unit but a card operated laundromat is across the hall. You will be supplied with bed linens, blankets, 6 towels and washcloths, 1 kitchen towel, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Housekeeping supplies a starter kit of 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 trash bag.

This condo is a ocean front, corner unit with a great view of the ocean, dunes and pool. It is only steps away to the boardwalk leading to the pool and the beautiful Gulf Waters. It is on the first floor with the convenience of parking directly outside the condo making loading and unloading very easy. The unit is located in Building 2. This is a beautiful and well maintained up to date unit. You will not be disappointed. The check-in is simple as the only requirement is to obtain a parking pass at the drive-up security office and the parking is FREE. Entering the condo is easy also using a keypad.
