Welcome to our home in Copper Mountain's exclusive, gated Lewis Ranch community. With true ski-in/ski-out access, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and room for up to 24 guests, it's a place where families and friends can gather, relax, and enjoy everything Copper Mountain has to offer.
From ski days in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, golf, and exploring Copper Mountain in the summer, there's no better place to come home to than the warmth of a fire, the hot tub, or a game of pool with family and friends. Whether you're planning an annual ski trip, celebrating a special occasion, or simply spending time together in the mountains, the home's layout gives everyone plenty of space to be together without ever feeling crowded.
We've enjoyed sharing our home with families for many years and have been fortunate to welcome many guests back year after year. We hope you'll love it as much as we do.
The Home:
The main living level is where everyone usually ends up after a day exploring the mountains. Whether you're preparing dinner, watching a game, or simply relaxing by the fire, the open layout makes it easy to spend time together. The soaring timber ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stone fireplace create a warm, inviting space in every season.
The kitchen has everything needed to cook for a large group, with two oversized islands where everyone seems to end up while meals are being prepared. One island is perfect for meal prep, while the other comfortably seats up to 10, making it a favorite spot for breakfast before heading out for the day or appetizers before dinner. The kitchen is equipped with premium Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove appliances, generous counter space, a large walk-in pantry, and a dining table for eight, making it easy for everyone to pitch in, whether you're preparing a quick meal or cooking a holiday dinner together. If you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else, we're happy to recommend an outstanding private chef.
One of the things we love most about the house is that everyone can spend the day a little differently. Some head to the slopes first thing in the morning, while others relax by the fire, enjoy a movie, read a book, or simply take in the mountain views. By the end of the day, everyone finds their way back together.
Step outside onto the heated patio to grill, relax in an Adirondack chair, or soak in the private hot tub while taking in the mountain air. The ski room is located just inside the patio, making it easy to come in, store your gear, and warm up before settling in for the evening.
Whether you're carrying luggage, groceries, or ski gear—or just getting used to the altitude—the elevator makes it easy to get around the house. You'll also find laundry rooms on three different floors, making it simple to keep up with ski clothes, towels, and everything that comes with traveling with a large group.
The House:
The home is spread across four floors, giving everyone plenty of space to be together while still offering quiet places to relax. The layout makes it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably, no matter what brings you to Copper Mountain.
The fourth floor is dedicated entirely to the Bird's Nest primary suite, creating a quiet retreat with beautiful mountain views.
The third floor is the heart of the home, with the great room, kitchen, dining area, ski room, girls' bunk room, and hot tub all on the same level. It's where mornings begin over coffee and evenings end gathered around the fireplace.
The second floor is home to three guest suites and the game room, where a friendly game of pool, a poker tournament, or simply catching up with family and friends often keeps the evening going a little longer.
The first floor is home to the boys' bunk room, media room with a 100-inch screen, and a full bathroom just outside the bunk room. It's a great place to unwind with a movie after a day outdoors or simply relax at the end of the day.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms were designed with large groups in mind. Four private suites give couples and adults their own place to unwind, while the two custom queen-over-queen bunk rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements without sacrificing comfort. In total, the home comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests.

Ski-In / Ski-Out:
One of our favorite things about staying here is how easy it makes a day on the mountain. Start the morning with coffee or mimosas while everyone gets ready, then grab your skis or snowboard, step outside onto the heated patio, and head down Kokomo Run. From there, you can ride Kokomo Express or continue over to Woodward Express to explore the rest of Copper Mountain.
At the end of the day, ski or ride right back to the house, put your skis or snowboard on the rack, step into the ski room to kick off your boots—and you're done. With guest lockers, storage for skis and snowboards, and a nearby full bathroom, it's one of those little conveniences that make a big difference after a full day on the mountain. Before you know it, you're relaxing by the fire or soaking in the hot tub while everyone else makes their way back.
If someone in your group isn't skiing that day, getting around Copper is easy. The free shuttle stops right at the house, making it easy to head into the village for shopping, lunch, or to meet up with the rest of your group.
