About this property

4B/4.5BA, Townhome 15 at Waterdance for 16. Indoor Pool and Rec Center

Waterdance Bldg E, townhome 15 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. Can be combined with Townhome 16 to sleep 54 or rent the entire triplex to sleep up to 70 guests in beds.
Master Bedroom: Main Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Fourth Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Twin Bunks, small playroom - Sleeps 4

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.

Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

We do not allow pets in this home.

Great stay for Bear Lake Boating

My family and I stayed here for a weekend boating at bear lake. It was very nice, clean, and fun for the kids. We'll absolutely be looking to stay here again next time we come.

Awesome place for families!

We loved our stay at Waterdance. The property is clean and decorated beautifully. This unit is right across from the pool and rec center. Walking distance to the Main Street. Lots of towels were provided, kitchen was well stocked. We loved the patio and fire pit. There was plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again!

Great Family Fun!

This property was fantastic for our group. We had thirteen people. Pickle ball, pool, and hot tub were all great. My eight year old now thinks we need to buy a pool table for our basement. The manager made a nice snow path to the clubhouse that made access easy.
