Perfect get away

A beautiful property in beautiful surroundings, perfect for getting away from it all! We all had a wonderful time & the property & grounds are even more beautiful than the pictures on line. Thank you Matthias for a fabulous holiday & thank you Suzanne for the easiest check in & check out. Everything was wonderful! Hope to visit Can Llop again very soon!😀

Very nice finca - if you like cats

The finca is very nice from the outside, including the outside area. The pool is a great size and sloping. The grill works perfectly, which we used every day. Unfortunately there is a cat that belongs to the house. You are supposed to feed it daily and give it water. Unfortunately, this was not clear in the description that it is there or belongs to the house. As soon as the door was not closed immediately, the cat ran into the house and had to be taken out again. The cat is also often with people and wants to be cuddled or stroked around the legs. For allergy sufferers in particular, it is essential to make it clear that it "lives" there and needs to be looked after. A very nice cat, but if you are allergic, this is of no use (indoors and outdoors). The kitchen is very large and well equipped. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen during the day which is great. All bedrooms are good (comfortable beds) and all have air conditioning which runs at night. All have a nice bathroom. The air conditioners cannot be turned on and off by yourself. Basically, the running times were well set, but it was a bit chilly at night. The living room had no air conditioning. The ceiling fans weren't running and we had this fixed at the beginning when we viewed the house. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it was too warm in the evening. The locatiln of the finca is very good. All in all a nice finca if you like cats. Honestly we wouldn’t have booked if we known thst (was still nice)

Ganz herzlichen Dank für Ihre sehr wohlwollende Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt in unserem Landhaus so gut gefallen hat und wir sind dankbar für Ihre Hinweise. Für die Ventilatoren im Haus gibt es zukünftig Bedienungsanleitungen vor Ort. Die Klimaanlagen stellen wir üblicherweise ‚auf Zuruf‘ für unsere Gäste individuell ein, auf’s halbe Grad genau. Leider hat uns Ihr Ansinnen nicht erreicht. Auch das werden wir vorab besser und deutlicher kommunizieren. Thema Katze: auf dem Land in Spanien gibt es sehr viele Streuner, weil viele der Nachbarn die Katzen füttern, sie aber nicht kastrieren. Seit Feriengäste den kleinen Kater Carlos gefüttert haben, hat er das Haus ‚adoptiert‘. Wir haben ihn kastrieren lassen und den großen unbezahlbaren Wert dieser Symbiose entdeckt: es gibt deutlich weniger ‚ungebetene tierische Gäste‘ und deutlich weniger andere streunende Katzen, die um Futter betteln. Ruhe pur....

Die Finca ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, hat einen großen Pool und einen besonders schönen Garten. Alles wunderbar um sich richtig erholen zu können, zu chillen und wieder Kraft zu tanken! Man muss das Landleben mögen, die Schönheit der Natur genießen, die absolute Ruhe , aber trotzdem findet man im Umfeld die Infrastruktur die viel erfüllt. Danke!

Totally Amazing Villa

Stayed with my wife and 3 young kids all aged below 7yrs. Was the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Pool and gardens were incredible and the villa is kitted out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Nice and close to many beautiful beaches, highlights were Cala Santanyi and S’Aramador. Owners were very attentive to anything needed, just can’t wait to go back one day.
