Great location. It felt very homey and had a lot of extras in the kitchen that would have been great if we would have stayed longer. We didn’t realize the owner lived downstairs, though that wasn’t really an issue; just unexpected. Overall a great stay.

Really enjoyed staying in this historic property! Close access to everything. Could get pretty much everywhere on foot or a short drive. Great time of year to be up on the Shore as well! Prompt communications with the host throughout our stay.

Great Loction

Nice classic home to stay in. There is a coop grocery with deli close by. Easy walk to downtown and the lake area. Stairs to the bedrooms a bit steep, but manageable as long as you are mobile enough.

My cat Norman and I live in the basement of the house. I enjoy living in Duluth and doing all the outdoors actives. I like to do pottery and lampwork. I enjoy sharing our great city with all my guests.

Why they chose this property

I suppose I am biased but I have put tons of work into this house! I did most of it myself with some help from friends and my nephew Thomas. I think it is quaint and comfortable, love the backyard and the location!
