Chalet premium à 15 min en vélo du centre de Saint-Gilles

Nous avons adoré ce chalet, les équipements et toutes les petites attentions laissées par les propriétaires. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. 1-La piscine n'était pas chauffée à 28°C comme annoncé mais plutôt à 20° !! et l'espace aquatique plutôt sale (pédiluve dégoutant et non changé quotidiennement). 2-Nous avons contacté Hoomy pour un petit souci d'ampoule et de store mais n'avons jamais eu de retour... 3-La proximité de la route nous a quelque peu dérangé aussi.

Concernant la piscine et l’espace aquatique, ces équipements étant gérés par la résidence, votre remarque est précieuse et sera transmise afin d’améliorer l’entretien et la température annoncée. Nous prenons également note pour l’ampoule et le store : votre message sera partagé avec notre équipe sur place afin d’être plus réactifs à l’avenir. 🔧 La proximité de la route peut en effet se faire entendre selon les périodes, mais nous espérons que l’ambiance du chalet et les moments passés chez nous auront tout de même laissé de beaux souvenirs de vacances. 🌊☀️ Maxence - hoomy location & conciergerie
