A beautifully crafted space, cozy 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the prettiest residential street in Watertown. Walking distance to down town restaurants, the library, Dulles State building, .4 miles to Samaritan hospital, 8 miles to Sackets Harbor, close drive to Ft. Drum. Parking spot, yard, wi-fi, kitchen, and everything you need to create a quiet, peaceful home base for your stay in Watertown.

The space
These spaces will sleep up to 6 people. We have 1 full size bed and a twin bed and an Extra bed if need be. We also have a full size futon that folds down for sleeping. There are 2 full baths. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, toaster,Blender, and a coffee maker. The Apartment is heated and available year round.

Guest access
We provide the bedding and towels. The kitchenette has the basic cups, plates and utensils.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Overall the space accommodated my basic needs. There is an additional room pictured that is not apart of the unit. Some things to note. 1. There are a lot of amenities listed, that are not actually available. It’s a one bedroom “apartment”, with a kitchen and dining area, 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. That’s it. 2. The home is a shared apartment unit. The tenants upstairs are quite noisy, they seem to have small dogs that can be a bit annoying after a while. 3. When I checked in there was a lot of white pet hair around the unit, I have pets of my own so I wasn’t too much bothered but I understand others might be. 4. I booked a long term stay and ended up receiving notice that damages were reported. I left the unit exactly how I went in to it. The couch “cushions” were already detached from the zippers. Glad I got the renters insurance. 5. The host was accommodating and available when needed. During the end of my stay I reached out with a request and he helped me out, that was very appreciated.
