For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place!.
There are 4 camera’s installed. One facing the driveway entrance, one facing each door entrance one facing the driveway.
If you decided to book please mention if you'll have guest visiting and how many vehicle's you'll have.

Guest can use any space in the apartment. Including the basement, the driveway to park (2 cars max).

Watertown peace and quiet
The house was as described, nice decor and quiet. I loved having a washer and dryer. Spacious and updated. The owners communicated and I had a nice stay. Hopefully my husband and I can come back and enjoy the quiet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic property in Watertown, NY, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The rental was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a perfect getaway.
Jaime, the property manager, was outstanding! She was incredibly responsive to my emails, addressing all my questions and making the check-in process a breeze. Her attention to detail truly enhanced my stay!
The location is ideal, just minutes away from stores and with easy access to the highway, making it convenient for day trips and exploring the area.
I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Watertown. I will definitely be returning in the future!
