The Casa Catherine is a beautiful, comfortable and single storey villa on a large plot with panoramic sea views. The villa is located in Jávea / Xàbia on the Costa Blanca in Spain. In the quiet of villas and residential district "El Tosalet" You can relax and enjoy your vacation relaxing. The private pool and the spacious and Mediterranean garden are available year-round for sole use and are protected by hedges and walls from prying eyes. At the moment you can spend your holidays with a total of 5 persons (if applicable plus a toddler) in this new, Spanish holiday home.

The area:
Jávea is one of the most beautiful and exclusive resorts on the Costa Blanca. Due to its unique location, the climate in Jávea / Xàbia is one of the best on Earth. Even in January, the average daily temperature is still 16 degrees and in summer it is rarely hotter than 30 degrees.
In and around Javea there are many coves and pebble and sandy beaches. The résidentielle coastal area is ideal to explore.
On a clear day you can see as far as Ibiza. Sun and relaxation seekers come here just to get their money, such as athletes or walkers. Particularly noteworthy are still lying around 5 golf courses. There are a wide range of leisure activities for water sports, diving, surfing, sailing, tennis, cycling, hiking u. V. M.

El Arenal with many restaurants, bars, shops and a beautiful sandy beach is about 3 km. The nearest supermarket, large Consum and Aldi, is located about 2 km away.
The old town and the harbor with its many small shops, restaurants and cafes is about 7 km away.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus war unvergleichlich schön; die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität - in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner dort !Das ganze Haus war perfekt gereinigt und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt und man konnte in der gesamten Einrichtung die Liebe zum Detail der Besitzer erkennen. Die Küche war mit allen erdenklichen Geräten ausgestattet, die alle durchweg in sehr gutem Zustand waren. In der persönlichen Bibliothek der Besitzer sind viele spannende Krimis und vereinzelt Romane vorhanden, man braucht von zu Hause keine Bücher mitnehmen.Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war tadellos, freundlich und unkompliziert. Bemerkenswert die schnellen Reaktionen auf Fragen, Unsicherheiten usw..Der Blick von der Terrasse aus war einfach traumhaft, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die vielen Pflanzen und Bäume auf dem Grundstück sind top gepflegt. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto in Kürze an mehreren wunderbaren Stränden/Buchten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2 km entfernt. Kurz gesagt: TRAUMHAFT, ein absolutes Paradies für Menschen, die im Urlaub Ruhe, Natur und Meer genießen möchten. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und können diese Vermieter und dieses Haus bedingungslos empfehlen!

A eviter !

Bonjour a tous. La villa est bien placee et agreable. Par contre mefiez vous des proprietaires.. Nous sommes deux et avons demandé que les lits des 2 chambres soit utilisables, soit avec des draps et desoreillers et non pas des coussins. Un minimum ! Meme chose pour les serviettes de bains : 2 pour 15 jours et c est tout ! Sachez que vous sera facturé en plus du prix ! Tout est donc fourni au rabais pour pouvoir facturer en complement ... De plus trois chantiers de construction et/ou de renovation sont a moins de 100m de la maison. Reveil a 8 heures en consequence et bruits de camions et de travaux toute la journee. Super vacances ! Cela aurait ete sympa aux proprietaires de prevenir ... A eviter donc si vous cherchez du calme pour vos vacances.

Très beau séjour

La maison est magnifique et très bien située. Proche du centre et de la plage mais suffisamment à l'écart pour être bien au calme. La vue est elle aussi magnifique et la terrasse très agréable. Thomas est très gentil et très à l'écoute. La seule tout petite remarque que je ferai concerne la literie. Pas de lit double et un confort un peu sommaire. Mais le reste des prestations relève le niveau. Nous reviendrons !

Estancia con problemas

La estancia ha sido buena pero con muchas cosas a mejorar: la nevera dejó de funcionar y al día siguiente funcionaba pero enfriando muy poco por lo que se nos estropeó comida que habíamos comprado. El wifi funciona muy mal, la mitad de armarios de la cocina están cerrados con cerradura por lo que solo dispones de apenas dos muebles para guardar cosas, no disponen de microondas, ni batidora. Saltó el diferencial porque daba error la puerta del garaje y la teníamos que abrir manualmente.

Vistas preciosas

Estuvimos una semana y disfrutamos principalmente de la naya, el jardín y la piscina. El sitio es muy tranquilo, con unas vistas preciosas y los propietarios cuidan los detalles. La casa está perfectamente equipada con menaje y cosas para la piscina. Para nosotros sólo tenía dos pequeñas pegas: la nevera enfriaba poco y el WiFi iba y venía. Pero la experiencia general es muy buena, la recomendamos y repetiremos!

Magnificas vacaciones!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones magnificas en esta villa (2 adultos y 2 niños). Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa y hemos disfrutado cada día de las vistas al mar, de la tranquilidad del barrio, de la piscina y del jardín (todo césped alrededor de la villa, varias palmeras, un olivo precioso). La casa es muy cómoda y se nota que los dueños se preocupan por la decoración. Un detalle de importancia en esta zona: todas las ventanas y puertas llevan mosquiteras integradas: dormimos incluso con las ventanas abiertas! El pueblo de Javea, las playas y calas están muy cerca. Los propietarios son muy amables y aunque estén fuera siempre han contestado con rapidez a dudas nuestras preguntas. Sin duda volveremos.

Traumhafte Wohlfühloase mit herrlichem Meerblick

Die Casa Katharina ist eine traumhafte Wohlfühloase! Nicht nur die tolle, ruhige Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer, vor allem zum Sonnenaufgang, sind top, sondern hier stimmt einfach alles. Schon bei Ankunft waren wir vom Anblick der Villa begeistert, was sich innen fortsetzte. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und vermittelt sofort eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Ausstattung ist einfach perfekt-es fehlt an nichts. Auch im Aussenbereich ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass die Erwartungen durch die Bilder sogar übertroffen wurden. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir schon im Oktober wieder kommen werden. Petra, Max und Klaus

Belle vue , jolie maison mais location non conforme à l’annonce

Jolie maison propre ,bien décorée et pratique avec une très jolie vue et une piscine très agréable. Nous tenons cependant à souligner ce qui suit : Avons réservé une maison avec 3 chambres , 5 couchages , une salle de bain , une salle d’eau selon les éléments figurants en page d’ouverture de l’annonce ( copie d’écran faite ) . Il y a en réalité 2 chambres et une seule salle de bain avec possibilité de rajouter un lit dans le salon. La 3ème chambre étant condamnée et réservée aux propriétaires . Pas de salle d’eau mais un Wc avec lavabo à la place . Moitié des placards de la cuisine condamnés pour usage exclusif des propriétaires , juste un petit placard de 30cm/70cm permet de ranger les courses pour 4 personnes . Entretien jardin et piscine : serait souhaitable d’annoncer à l’avance heures et jours de passage . Bien que réclamé , un seul jeu de clé remis pour 2 couples . Si vous en souhaitez un autre il faut le réserver largement à l’avance . Même si cela n’etait pas inclus dans la réservation , au vu de la canicule de cette année nous avons aussi regretté la condamnation de la climatisation pourtant existante , non comprise dans le contrat . Nous laissons à votre appréciation le fait de ne pas avoir eu la prestation attendue et espérons avoir un dédommagement sur ce qui précède

Notre sejour a été parfait. La maison est équipée de tout le confort. Coin tres tranquille mais près de tous les commerces et à peine quelques minutes de la plage. Bien que nous n'ayons pas rencontré le propriétaire absent lors de notre arrivée tout à été fait pour bien organiser la prise des clés de la maison. Merci à Tim pour ses gentils mails... Seul petit bemol : prevoir des coussins sur les transats et un parasol... Nous étions en couple et à relouer avec grand plaisir😍

De superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines de vacances à la Casa Katherina. La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et parfaitement décorée, la vue sur la mer splendide. La piscine à 30° tous les jours, le rêve ! Javea et Xabia sont deux petites villes où il est très agréable d'aller se promener en bord de mer et où l'on trouve tous les commerces de proximité. Dies ist der perfekte Ort...

...ankommen und entspannen. Unser Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa war einmalig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich in der geschmackvollen Einrichtung auf Anhieb pudelwohl. Alles ist blitzeblank sauber. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und im liebevoll angelegten, sehr gepflegten Garten mit dem herrlichen Pool verbracht. Die Aussicht über Jávea auf's Meer ist einfach traumhaft! So geht Urlaub - der perfekte Ort, um auszuspannen und runterzukommen. Erholung pur in einem schönen ruhigen Villenviertel. Auch Javéa und die herrliche Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert, einfach ein schönes Fleckchen Erde! Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön gilt den Vermietern Anne, Tim und Thomas für den überaus sympathischen Kontakt. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise wurden uns alle Wünsche sehr nett und zuvorkommend erfüllt. Dieser Service ist nicht zu toppen! Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Hausverwalter Michael und seiner Frau Liza war top und unheimlich freundlich. Immer noch denken wir an die lauschigen Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem wundervollen Ausblick. Und jedes Mal haben wir gedacht: ist das wunderschön hier! Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!!!

Traumurlaub am Meer

Relaxing time in Javea

We have spent one week beginning of May at Tim's house. The house was exactly as the pictures, with confort, quiet, and with the amazing view! We recommande this place if you want to have enjoyable holiday close to sea and under the warm Spanish sun. Tim made his best to welcome us in a good way.

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Javea erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann hier prima entspannen. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters am Pool und der großen überdachten Terrasse verbracht die auch mit gemütlichen Mobiliar und Sonnenliegen ausgerüstet ist. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Man sollte allerdings einen Mietwagen oder das eigene Auto vor Ort haben, da der wunderschöne Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte doch ca. 2 km entfernt sind.

Super Ferienhaus!!!

Sehr schönes, empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus! Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Perfekte Ausstattung, gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage. Der Pool hatte durch die Beheizung eine Tages-Temperatur von 26 Grad. Wir waren vom 13.04.2017 bis 25.04.2017 in dieser Villa. Die Anreise von Alicante betrug etwa eine Stunde. Die Objektbetreuung vor Ort war super. Ansprechpartner war 12 Stunden pro Tag erreichbar. Javea ist ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort mit vielen guten Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Strand "Arenal" ist sehr schön. Die Buchten in der Umgebung sind "Natur pur" sehr schön! Für Wanderer und Sonnenfreunde super! Wir kommen gerne wieder ... vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
