Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

The home is newly renovated yet keeps its beachy, old school feel. With a smart TV and blazing fast internet, you will be able to stay connected during your stay.

This is the top level of a triplex but has no shared spaces. You will have your own private space and own yard. The backyard is split by a chain link fence so you will be able to see your neighbor if they are using the backyard at the same time.

The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.

This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

The unit is also a triplex so you do have two very close neighbors!

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of nearby neighbors.

Overall the property and stay was nice, especially for our dogs! The location was a little crazy, as it faces a Taco Bell drive thru. Made for some interesting people watching though. I wouldn't stay here alone as a female, but would definitely stay here again with friends or a significant other.

Perfect Beach Spot!

We had an awesome time here! It was the perfect place for my wife and I to visit with our dogs. The private backyard was fantastic for letting them run around for some exercise. Steps away from many restaurants and the beach. Absolutely would stay again!

Great Place

We had a great time in Jax Beach and the apartment was very nice. Only a couple of blocks from the beach - about an 8 minute walk. Close to restaurants, bars and the pier. I was concerned about the Taco Bell being right next door but it was fine and no noise when inside the house. Yard was great for our dogs. Even though we had an issue w our reservation, Zach was awesome and worked with us and we worked it out. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Mayo Clinic & St Augustine. Short stay with friends close to beach Had to stay extra day for follow up appointment. Zac was very accommodating with are party. Will stay again.

Nice upstairs apartment

It was clean and tastefully decorated. It was upstairs, so it was a challenge for our handicapped family members. It was convenient to restaurants,stores, Mayo Clinic and the beach.

Quick easy stay

Small but perfect size for my family of 4 with a little office space so I could work easily. The yard was great for our little dog. Very clean. Super convenient location.

Great spot, close to beach

We’re local and between residences. We stayed for almost a week. Location is super convenient. Good little yard for pets (our dog loved running the yard). The unit has everything you need for your stay. Beds very comfy! Great place to stay!!

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Zac’s communication before and upon arrival. The place was very clean and many useful amenities had been provided. The location is great in that it is not far from the beach but you do need to cross A1A to get there. Good thing is it’s just one short block to a crosswalk. However being close to the road and a few nearby businesses, we had two nights which were quite noisy. We had gorgeous beach weather every day (mid March) .

Great stay

Very courteous and attentive property owner. The backyard was large and very accommodating for our dog. Loved all the things provided from the coffee to the size of the refrigerator. Will most certainly be staying here in the future.

Great location!

Location of the rental was great. Came down for a concert at Daily’s Place but also wanted to visit the beach. This rental was only a couple blocks over from the beach with easy access. The drive to downtown was also easy and quick. Property allowed dogs which was a plus since my normal dog sitter was booked up for the weekend.

Jax Beach stay

Most was excellent. Really need a mirror and some shelves in second bedroom. Half of coffee cups have nicks and some knives & silverware & dishes dirty. Overall a very pleasant stay. Very good location for restaurants and bars

Quick getaway

Our family of 4 and 2 small dogs had a nice time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, soap, and more. The bathroom was clean. The extra sofa bed in the office was good to let our kids have their own space. Being close to the beach was convenient for a walk, and there was also parking available at the beach access.
