This is a renovation of an old chalet. Upper-level renovation is very nice - but unfortunately, if it's hot out, the bedrooms would be too hot to sleep in. This home would likely be much better in the winter than in the summer. Unfortunately, the lower level of the home smells terribly from the door to the garage (that you don't have access to).
