Staggering Views, but only 5 minutes from Grocery and commercial conveniences. 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk to downtown Waynesville, and 15-minute walk to Hazelwood district. The Penney House is a perfect home base in Waynesville where you can stay while you shop, fish, sightsee, golf, explore, camp, dine out, or just relax.
