Perfect river house. 5 min to river, 15 minute to launch in Bullhead at Rotary park or Needles. 30 min to launch at Lake Mohave or Topoc with easy access to Havasu from Topoc. Close to desert in winter, close to Casinos for fun and entertainment. Great spot to enjoy the river life. House is comfortable and nice set up for family and friends to enjoy.

Peaceful river house

We stayed here to visit with family for a birthday party at a nearby location. The area is nice & quiet. The house has plenty of room for 8 people and is spacious. We enjoyed our time here. Plenty of towels & blankets as well.

BACK TO THE RIVER TRIP

Had a great time. The property and the property owner were great. Location was just 5 minutes from the river. Neighborhood was quiet. Only had a little issue with the internet and the owner was super responsive in making sure that it was fixed.

My wife and I of 32+ years have 5 kids and 3 grandkids. I have been coming to the Colorado river area from Blythe to Lake Powell since 1975. I love the river and found out over the last two years, I love the desert here in the winter too.
