Everything is in great condition, it was very comfortable and quiet, and was everything we needed for our stay. The cleaners are doing a great job, the arrangement of the house with the patio was really enjoyabe. It rained during our stay and it was fun to sit outside and watch the storm. It was also appreciated that we could expand our stay one day earlier on short notice. Very happy with our experience there. Very likely we will stay there again when we visit family in the area.

Nice place with lot’s of room for toys

My son and I were out to work on the boat and hopefully get a day out on the water. We achieved both and this property was perfect for the weekend.

Great area, close to my boat storage, lots of space to park a boat, even, and extra cars. No central ac, but the two window units kept house very cool, temp outside was 107. Would definitely stay here agsin

Great little house!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! We had to adjust our reservation to arrive a day early, and Kevin was very accommodating. We were in town to meet with our builder, as we’re building a winter home just a couple of miles away, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including some fantastic restaurants.The house itself is older but met our needs well. It’s a cute and comfortable one-bedroom with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, which was a nice bonus. The patio area was a highlight—great for relaxing after a long day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
