Enjoy our cozy, newly renovated apartment on approx. 50 sqm living space with new laminate floor,

> Large living room with seating area, flat screen TV, radio and CD player.
> Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee and Senseo machine.
> Dining area (high chair available), at the window with a wonderful view of the meal bus.
> 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and mobile children's travel bed, the other with 140 cm wide futon bed. Suitable for 4 persons + toddler in the travel cot bed, which stands in the parents' room.
> Bathroom with shower and toilet, next to a storage room,
> Parking space in the inner courtyard available ,
> Shared washing machine and dryer for a small fee,
> On the ground floor of the holiday complex there is a café, bicycle rental and physiotherapy
> Supermarket and bakery as well as various restaurants within walking distance in 2 minutes reachable
> Beach and swimming pool (outdoor swimming pool) within walking distance in about 12 minutes reachable.
