The rental was beautiful and as pictured. It had all kitchen supplies and a short walk to the lake. Going in mid August, the water level was very low and muddy.

Beautiful Home Incredible Location!

Great open floor plan - lots of seating - great dining table for family meals - flat walk to the two docks! We fished in the morning and boated in the afternoons. There are two refrigerators which was a huge benefit since we cooked our meals at the home.

Great time at the Lake

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! Loved the location, outdoor activities, shuffle board table, fire pit and large kitchen/bedrooms! A few areas of improvement: lack of kitchen towels, yard/outdoors could use some TLC, basic spices and measuring cups for the kitchen!

Douglas Lake

Great house in the perfect location. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it at the house. Quiet cove, easy access to main channel. The house was nice and roomy with plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable!

Great Lake House

Overall we had a great stay with a nice location. We really enjoyed being right on the water. The house was roomy and comfortable for our large group. The AC went out one day so that was a bit frustrating. The propane also went out in the middle of making dinner and the kitchen is lacking a bit as far as basic cooking items like strainers.

Beautiful House

The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable but high off the ground. Loved sitting on the covered porch with swing. Wished the dock was covered, very hot on your feet after getting out of the water after floating in tubes. Disappointed that the swing by the lake was unusable due to broken slats. Overall a great house and location

Davis family vacation

Our first lake vacation and it won’t be our last. The house was perfect for us. Very roomy and comfortable. We used it all. Loved the porches, the deck, the fire pit and the lake access. Can’t wait to go back. We cooked all our meals in the lovely kitchen. The kids loved the game room. The only issue we had was no trash pick up, another can would have been helpful and we wish there was a recycling bin.

Wow…. Just Wow!!!

This is our 8th year in row renting a house a Dandridge. We have a rented a different house each year. We have been looking for the “one,” and finally found it. There was a minor issue with receiving the door code online, but a quick call to the rental company and it was quickly resolved. The house was spotless when we arrived. The online pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised just how open the house was. We had all our kids and grandchildren, 11 people total and it was perfect for our group. The kitchen was great! Modern and well stocked, we cooked most meals in and had everything we needed. The outside was even better with easy access to the lake and two docks. Being at the park be of the cove it was quiet and there was very little boat traffic. 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely house

Lovely stay for large family on Douglas Lake

A large group of us came to stay here for a fun family trip (7 adults and 3 kids). We loved it! It was so clean and pretty. There are so many places to gather outside and on porches. The lake access was perfect. The kitchen is huge and awesome. There’s even an extra fridge on a side porch which we needed for the number of folks coming. A few (minor) things we noted were the mattresses were a little tough and there wasn’t a good large kitchen knife for meal prep. Overall we LOVED it and felt like the accommodations were fabulous.
