The cabin was beautiful and clean. We were very happy with the quality of the beds and all of the amenities. The lake had already been drained so we were unable to use that, but otherwise our stay was perfect! Highly recommend this location.
Loved this place. Very clean and good location to valley view venue in parrotsville TN, which was the reason we was there for our daughters wedding. This place had everything that you would need.
The property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, the views were beautiful, and they even leave a nice welcome basket for you. The front and back porch were nice to sit on and the hot tub was very nice. The host was always responsive and communicated with us at every step of the way. Would stay there again.
The lake house is awesome. Very well stocked with all that we needed for a week's vacation spending time together. The space was big, clean, had lots of games, plenty of yard space and access to the lake. Easy drives to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and to the marina for fishing, tubing, and relaxing on a pontoon rental. We had a great time.
Very nice home on Douglas lake, everything as advertised, including some lake toys for the kids etc. Home was spacious and fit our family of 8 adults and 5 children just fine. Property manager was very attentive and even assisted with a pontoon boat rental for a couple of days.
Would definitely rent for a future family stay.
Great location. Loved the property for playing games with the kids and swimming off the dock. (Check for the time of year for water level, we went when the lake was more full) It was quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space to share with 2 families (3 adults and 6 teenagers)
We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for the thirteen of us. Kids had their space and adults had rooms. We liked the fact that the house was close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to enjoy the attractions. Dandridge was a very interesting town as well. Kesley gave us some great ideas. And was attentive to our needs

Family Vacation
There were some plumbing issues with the property but they were addressed in a timely manner. Host was very apologetic for the inconvenience.A major concern was the stairs. We had an 18-month-old with us, and we felt like there needed to be some way to shut off the openings to the stairs.Other than these two things, we had a very nice stay.
This house is amazing. The owner has thought of every detail. There were lots to do outside - fishing, porch swing, children's slide, fire pit, hot tub, tree swing, checkers, etc. Then inside, there was plenty of room for various activities at the same time - library, arcade, children's toys, movies, games, ping pong, foosball, etc. The host was amazing. We had a little concern, and she had a very kind person over there that same day to took care of the concern!!! And, she was kind and pleasant about it! It was a great place and a great hostess!!! Thank you!

If want peace and quiet, this is the place.
Feel like the property manager is unorganized and has too much to handle. Didn't get in till about 4:30 even though check in time is 4. Some things were broke, including toaster, foosball people and ping pong paddles looked 25 years old. When read the handbook guide not all things promised are given. House holds 14 people and only have 2 trash cans. Not enough. Had to drive trash up street. When talked to manager, she didn't even know who talking to. Went to wrong place when was going to bring us some items, including first pile of wood for first fire. Never got the wood! Nice house though. Very very peaceful.

I'm glad you found the home relaxing, however, you did show up at 3:30. We were finished with the clean and turned the property over to you at 4:07. You seemed perfectly happy with the situation at the time. The instructions for the excessive trash is in the guidebook and also your check-in instructions. When you called me about the firewood, you never told me where you were staying. I actually took the firewood, but to a different location. I was unaware of the items that you were unhappy with in your review having anything wrong with them. We were short staffed that day and a lot of checkouts. I did give it a courtesy call about 2 hours before check-in to make you aware of the situation and that we are doing our best to have it ready by 4. This is one of those situations where we feel we did our best, but can't please everyone all the time.
Too many nice things to say about this property. Clean and the space was incredible! Plenty of space for older teenagers, and four adults. Easy walking and level access to the lake. Large back porch for coffee in the morning looking at the lake. Front porch when it heated up in the afternoon. The lake was not at full pool when we were there, but it was on its way up. Right around the corner from our dock, there was lake view and Lake view from the back porch. Backyard is large and private. We will be staying here again.Hot tub is nice and large.
