Mountain View Lodge Kitchenette Suite - Room 9

Welcome to Room 9!

This is one of our 8 beautiful kitchenettesuites that sleep up to 6 people. Room 9 is upstairs on the West facingside of the property on Prospector Trail.Room 9 is our largest kitchenette room and the only one that has 2 queen size beds. The entryoffers a large living area with a sleeper sofa, arm chair withottoman, and coffee table. The 43" smart TV sits on a cubby shelf with 4 bins to store clothing or other items. The bathroom is roomy with a full tub and removable shower sprayer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. There is also a coffee maker complete with coffee pods, sweetener, and creamer, a full size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.

The best part about room 9 may just be the view from the front balcony. Sit on the comfortable bar stools outside of your room and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

This was a quiet, clean place to stay that was just a short walk or drive to the main street in Red River. The owners personalized each room with a welcome note upon arrival, were friendly, and responded quickly to questions. My sister and I were on the second floor, and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that came to the feeder just off the balcony! I can definitely recommend!

Great Summer Location

A great summer location for us. We stayed overnight a few nights during July to be closer to scenic fly fishing & hiking spots just on the edge of town, while visiting jobsites nearby for our architecture practice. Everything (in & out of town) is close by, but not as noisy (as the downtown area can be with certain touristy crowds). As NM residents, we appreciate Red River for its quiet, laid back land of enchantment attitude with kind, helpful locals. The owners of Moutain View Lodge embody this!

Cozy + comfortable. Well organized Kitchen set-up!

This visit was short but sweet and affordable New Mexico stay. . The kitchen has all that’s needed for simple meal preparations and all was well organized. Our hats off to our host + hostess for caretaking and upgrading this older hotel with modern easy to use coffee Pot and appliances.. Perfect for a couple or small family on a budget. All a good blessing indeed/.
