Classic City 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points.
King bed in master bedroom with seating area, a small desk, and private bath. Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a small desk, abundant storage and Roku TV. Bedroom 3 offers a full over full bunk bed to sleep up to 4 and or a sleeping / gaming space with a wall mounted tv!
2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 1.8 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.

Me and several of my friends had a wonderful time staying at this location. The property manager was very responsive and gave good direction. I would stay here again, if given the chance.

The property is just as described and is very cozy. Keith Allen, the owner could not have been more accommodating.
