The host was great to work with. The house was very clean. We love the location, which was close to several wineries and our trip was based on going to Fredericksburg, which was just a short drive away. We also went into Austin a couple of days.

Thanksgiving Holiday Memories

Beautiful house, wonderful property with all the amenities we needed for a great stay to celebrate the holiday weekend with our family. The hostess answered all of our questions regarding our stay, as well as giving us great recommendations on local events.

Hill country getaway

Just a quick weekend meeting family from south Texas in the middle. Great house. Pool was pleasantly cool considering the lack of shade! Location was perfect to multiple wineries.

BFF Getaway

Three of my high school friends and I enjoyed our annual girl's trip at Summer Haven. Not only is the house clean and beautiful, it is fully stocked with plush amenities and close access to Marble Falls and Johnson City. The pool was fabulous after a long day of eating and shopping. I highly recommend you check out his property. There were only four of us, so there was plenty of extra room. This is a perfect place for a family get-together.

Great place for a family visit!

We spent a weekend here to enjoy the pool primarily. The house and pool are great and the pool was well maintained. The house was clean and spacious and we had no complaints. The host was very responsive when we had some minor issues (the door code was incorrect, propane was empty) and those issues were rectified urgently. The pool would benefit from some sort of shade, it was a lot of sun. The exotic pet resort is right nearby which has an amazing safari that my kids loved. Overall would definitely stay again!

Peaceful yet fun!

Property felt brand new. Bedrooms (pics were not included online at time of booking) were great. Bonus media room was a gem. We enjoyed a neighborhood walk each morning, coffee on the front porch with birds coming to feeders and fountains, a migration of butterflies floating across the property and a beautiful pool. Every bed was comfortable. Furniture, appliances, and kitchen wear was new. Definitely the best property in this area. Owner provided child gate, which we used at base of stairs. No crib or pack-n-play was found, but we'd brought alternative for 2.5 year old. Floats and towels were provided for pool.

I will make sure that next time children come, there will be a pack 'N play. I also do have a high chair available. Hopeful for another opportunity to host you again in the future!

Super place. Pool was great for everyone to cool off in the afternoons. Minimal issue with e WiFi when we first tried it, but had an immediate response from the host to clear it up. Would love to stay here again
