Accommodation:

- Parties are not allowed. We count on you or your guest, to respect this place as well as its neighborhood and to take care of this accommodation as your own!
- Smoking in the accommodation is prohibited.
- Cleaning is included, but please the accommodation must be left in a neat and orderly condition.
- The guest will be responsible for any damages that occur to the accommodation property and will be obligated to pay for it.
- All these rules also apply to common areas. Please avoid making noise and do not leave your personal belongings in common areas. Remember to leave the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.

Arrival and Departure:

- In order to be able to welcome you in the best conditions, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance via the Airbnb app.
- Once you arrive at the listing provide an identity document in the name of the person who made the reservation. If, however, the reservation was made for another person, please notify us of the name of the Guest and advise the Guest to provide an identity document upon his arrival. Our team reserves the right to refuse access to accommodation in the absence of an identity document.
- On the day of your departure please leave the keys at the place indicated in the instructions. If you have any doubt about where to leave the keys, please contact customer service via the Airbnb app.
- In case that the keys are not returned or are lost, you must inform us within 12 hours. In the event that you took the key with you, you have to return them to us within 7 days by certified mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise the lock change, that can reach several thousand Euros / Dollars, will be made at your expense.
