Great Access to Beach Views

When they say "beach view" for this property, they mean it!! We had Gulf front views from a spacious balcony with access from the living room and master suite. The weather was perfect for turning off the AC and opening the large sliding doors to enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of crashing waves. This property is close to great eating and shopping, but also just enough off the busiest part of the highway.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed being right on the beach and on steps away from the water. The condo was clean and up to date. There is not much in walking distance, or at least not walking friendly, but everything is a short drive away.

Family weekend escape

Our room was Great. Had everything you needed. The dryer usually took you 2 times to dry but i’m use to that. They were working on the part of the condo but it never bothered us and they kept it cleaned up in the area they were working on.

The condo needs some updating. Rust on the cabinet in the bathroom. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Overall the size of condo was nice, great view of ocean. The gym only has 4 pieces of equipment.

Shark Week

Love the location! The first day we saw a shark from the balcony! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pools. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Since it is managed by Liquid Life instead of the owner, there's no beach towels or beach toys. Also, not enough towels and only the bare minimum of supplies. But the unit was very clean. The beds were clean and comfy too. The unit only had one extra blanket so bring a throw or two. The dryer is not very hot so takes a long time to dry towels. But we had a great time and made lots of memories!

Room 802

Place is a little outdated and in need of repairs. Front door didn’t close without force due to bad hinges, laundry area bi-fold doors were worn out and we had to use caution opening and closing or they would fall off, shelves and drawers in refrigerator were broken and had a water leak we had to keep wiping up. Sliding doors going out on patio deck were worn out and very hard to operate. Everything else was great and even with the door problems, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo in a great location!

Great condo in a great location! The condo was clean and stocked with a starter pack of basic necessities. The deck was large, with an amazing view of the beach. Even though they were not listed, the closet on the deck has a small assortment of beach chairs, buckets, and an umbrella (we brought our own; however, if we had known this, it would have saved tons of room in the car). The beach area was not overly crowded. We were close to shopping and dining areas. Communication with the rental agency was easy, and they responded promptly. The only issue I found with the condo was that there were no oven mitts. But that was nothing that a little creative ingenuity couldn’t take care of…I had packed extra washcloths and that did the trick. Even though we were on the 8th floor, both elevators were operational and very quick. I would most definitely stay here again.

Mediocre property

9 of us stayed here for 6 nights. Overall it was a decent place. Seemed neglected though. Mold on the shower curtains, front door you had to slam really hard to close it because the hinges were loose, sliding patio door was very very hard to slide open, glass shelf broken out of fridge, kitchen drawer missing, bifold door to dryer broken, had to run the dryer twice to dry one load of laundry. Bedding to the pull out bed had to be requested. Towels are provided, but only 4 per bathroom which I later found was in the description but we had to buy linens while we were there. I texted them my feedback when they requested it but then never replied to discuss anything so I’m leaving the same feedback on here. Overall, the condition wasn’t a deal breaker but next time I will find a different place to stay at, especially at the cost of the rental.
