Located in a very quiet and green setting in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, this charming house with a swimming pool is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The house comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room (equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso machine, and food processor). It has three bedrooms spread over two levels. On the garden level, a large, bright bedroom offers direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool, and the shaded garden, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool, as well as a third bedroom with a single bed, facing the hillside in a peaceful setting. A cot can be provided. The house has a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. You also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Outside, everything is in place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate: a saltwater pool, sun loungers, a pleasant terrace, and a large, terraced garden with beautiful stone steps, an oak tree, an olive tree, and a yucca, offering lovely shaded areas. The house is semi-detached but without any inconvenience, guaranteeing peace and quiet in a very pleasant residential setting. The tennis courts in Cavalaire are within easy walking distance. The beaches and shops are about a 10-minute walk away, and a shuttle bus stops right outside the house, making it easy to get around without a car. The town center is 1.8 km away. An ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, between the sea and nature.
