Welcome to "Serenity on the Sea" the best oceanfront living on Hutchison Island! This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 8th floor condo sits directly amongst the sandy dunes on a long private stretch of secluded beach on the north end of gorgeous Hutchinson Island. If you’re looking to spend some quiet time dozing on the beach with a good book or taking a dip in a heated pool you've found the perfect place. If you prefer more hustle and bustle, you can visit many of the public beaches along the 23 miles of Hutchison Islands shores. Several offshore shipwrecks and natural reefs make Hutchinson Island perfect for snorkeling and diving. Many of the nearby public beaches offer full service facilities including beach restaurants, showers, picnicking areas and plenty of parking. Want to spend the day on the water....many offer boat, jet-ski, kayak and windsurfing rentals

"Serenity on the Sea" is a bright, updated and extremely clean ocean front condo with all of the amenities of home. It's is fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach and bath towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. You will truly enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen which features custom designed wood cabinets, granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances (frig/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher).

Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining room table or on your private balcony with its incredible ocean and beach views. The living room with its brand new, and very comfortable leather couch and loveseat provides the perfect space to watch your favorite shows, relax with a good book or simply enjoy the beautiful and peaceful ocean view.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed, a large walk in closet and a huge window with fabulous ocean views. The custom designed bathroom which features a large walk-in marble shower and separate sink area offers lots of storage space.

The guest bedroom room has two comfortable twin beds and one twin hideaway trundle. The guest/hall bath features a shower/tub combo with exquisite handmade tile, marble floors and granite vanity.

'Serenity on the Sea" is located in Ocean Harbor South, a gated community on the Atlantic. The clubhouse offers a huge flat-screen TV, books, puzzles and board games for your use. There is also an exercise bike and elliptical machine area as well. The adjoining pool area features a wonderful heated pool, an outdoor shower, mens and ladies restrooms, and community gas grills. Two tennis courts are located across the street.

"Serenity on the Sea" is located in the heart of the Treasure Coast, 10 minutes to Vero Beach and less than 10 minutes to downtown Fort Pierce. In addition to its pristine beaches it boasts some of the best fishing in the U.S., and is known as the sailfish capitol of the U.S. Within a 5-15 mile drive are many public golf courses, great restaurants, theaters, museums, spas and shopping. If you enjoy biking, there are paths all along the island.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo is as shown on VRBO. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as cookware, appliances, and utensils. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels and linens for your stay. You cannot beat the beautiful oceanfront view. You are steps away from the beautiful pool, barbeque grills, and most importantly the beach!!

The view from 4200 and more!

We stayed at Christina and Kevin’s condo for 6 weeks and wish we could have stayed much longer! The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with updated appliances and everything you will need. There are beach chairs and towels for enjoying the beach and pool. The beach seems to be endless and just calls for leisurely walks. Everyone we met there was friendly and happy. Christina is very responsive and answers questions right away. The balcony overlooking the ocean makes a perfect spot for meals, reading and just being mesmerized by the tides and the warm sunshine. A wonderful and rejuvenating vacation we will talk about for a long time!

Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed this condo. The furnishings are so nice. The kitchen has everything you might need and, the view and beach is great! We spent a lot of time at the pool and made some new friends too. Our 4 weeks flew by so fast.. Wonderful 2 months

My husband and stayed in this condo for two months while we were looking for a new home in Vero Beach. The property is beautiful and very private and quiet. The owner Christina, is so sweet and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Paradise on the sand

This is a very comfortable, well supplied condo, with an amazing view of the beach, and great sunrises. Kitchen is the very best one I have encountered in the many vacation homes I have lived in during my travels. The owner is extremely nice, easy to talk with, and consistently responsive. Beach rentals don't get better than this.

Nice place to vacay!

Very nice area! If there was a problem, owners took care of it right away. Condo was well stocked and very friendly, helpful neighbors! Heated outdoor pool was outstanding and double elevators was a nice bonus. Nice vacation spot, beautiful view, however not handicapped equipped. Nice area with good restaurants, and lots of shopping near bye! Would definitely come back again!

Just perfect

Wanted to stay longer!

My family and I have rental numerous condos over the years. Yours is beautiful and has everything to make a guest feel at home. The view from the patio is breathtaking and it's the perfect place to relax by listening to the sound of the waves or watching the boats go by or watching the sunrise. The grounds are beautifully manicured. The pool temperature is perfect and it's a great place to sit when there was no longer sun at the beach. Your location is perfect for anyone who loves to hike and explore. Watching a Cape Canveral launch from the beach walkway was so exciting. Having the Pelican Market nearby to buy fresh seafood was a plus. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating. Look forward to renting from you again.

Wonderful

Ellen and I really enjoyed our June 40th wedding anniversary stay. The Atlantic Ocean is spectacular, watching sunrises as we walk along the beach early in the morning, sitting on the beach and splashing around in the surf, counting the pelicans fly and dive into the water to catch their meal, and all the great sight seeing in the area. Your apartment is great - we loved it so much that we wanted to stay another month, but alias it was already rented for July. We had such a great time that we will return for sure, hopefully again this year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It is well stocked and equipped, can't think of anything missed. The patio is a great place to have your meals and to watch the ocean. We counted over 30 new sea turtle nests in our morning walks. Saw a young man catch a fish that was over 2 feet long. So, you can fish, walk, swim, or just sit and take it all in. THANK YOU

Beautiful

This is out fourth year renting from Christina and Kevin. We love this condo and this island. This year we stayed for 2 months and have already booked for next year. Beautiful

We have rented several condo's over the last few years on the South Island and I must say that not only is the North Island much nicer but this Condo is beautiful. The facilities and the grounds are very well maintained. The two bedroom condo is newly renovated and is perfect. It is fill with high end furnishings including, hardwoods, granite and stainless steel appliances. I would highly recommend this condo as not only was it beautiful but the owners were very nice to deal with and very quick to respond to questions.

Watching the pelicans fly by was fun and exciting and the beach walks were delightful. You both did an outstanding job in your recent renovation and updating. The kitchen was well supplied. Loved the new tiled shower! The wonderful convenience of a brand new washer and dryer made our stay even better! The sound of the ocean all day and night was mesmerizing. Great condo on Hutchinson Island

We really enjoyed our two month stay in Kevin and Christina's condo. It was very clean and ready to move in and start enjoying the beach. We have family in the area so we enjoyed the holidays entertaining many friends and family. I cooked Christmas dinner for 12 and had everything needed for cooking and serving. Ocean Harbor South is very well maintained with a beautiful beach and freindly people. Kevin and Christina were only a phone call away to make sure all of our needs were met.

This is our 4th year renting this beautiful condo. It has a great kitchen with high end appliances with all you need to cook and bake. The living room furniture is comfortable as well as the bedrooms and very clean with nice linens. Having breakfast on the balcony or a cocktail in the evening over looking the ocean is peaceful and comforting. Take a walk on the beach and you'll know why we love it there! On Saturday mornings there is a great farmers market on the water front with nice restaurants near by .We are sad when its time to leave and we look forward to going back each year. Christina & Kevin are great and we consider them friends. They are attentive to your needs and make you feel so welcome.

A Landlubber's Ocean Delight

We had an absolutely great month in this very well appointed, clean, and spacious condo. The view from the balcony down the miles of beach in either direction was spectacular; and you had only to step back into the living/dining room and glance seaward, and it was as if you were looking out the porthole of a cruise ship. And the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night! Not to be missed. Property facilities (pool ,BBQs, walkway to the beach, the building itself, parking, and other amenities were all well maintained and in excellent shape. As well, the beach is extremely easy to walk, and there are sidewalks out front, just across the main road, should you wish to walk/cycle/run. Pedestrian crossing lights were being installed whilst we were there. Golf courses abound on the mainland. We played at least a dozen - from The Habitat Course at Malabar, to the Champions Club at Summerfield (Stuart). The owners, Christina and Kevin; were very helpful and prompt in our initial information exchanges, and in responding to queries we had. Circumstances permitting, we will most definitely be back!

Paradise on the beach

Amazing Condo

I spent August in this wonderful property with my husband & two kids, age 9 & 11. we had an amazing time. Staff, Locals & other renters were very helpful & friendly. Condo & common grounds were immaculate. Beach was one of the best I've been to in central/south florida, as it was very wide, clean & free of reefs/rocks. The water was clean & so clear, it was also very safe for the kids, as the waves were not too big or rough. the owners were a joy to communicate with & very accomodating. The only negative part was leaving ! Thanks again to Christine & Kevin.

Really relaxing

My wife and I were on business in the area for about a month. We found this condo to be clean, very well appointed and all the cooking utensils you would ever need. The location is great. It is right on the beach with a wonderful breeze and exceptional view of the Atlantic Ocean. All the furnishings are like new.

We are both originally from the New York area and currently live in CT. We never tire of the fabulous ocean views and truly enjoy our walks on the beach. Our young daughter loves collecting shells on the beach, swimming in the pool, chasing the waves and boogie boarding in the ocean. We love playing with her and relaxing with a cocktail or two... Now that we have completely remodeled the condo, it's like going to a luxury beach front hotel. We try and get down there as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

We choose Hutchinson Island North because of its incredible beautiful beaches, proximity to so many public golf courses and parks. We really enjoy both downtown Vero Beach and downtown Fort Pierce both of which are with-in a 10-15 minute drive. We are foodies and love to eat out. There are so many fabulous restaurants we just love!!! We also liked the fact that other popular Florida cities, i.e., Daytona Beach, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Orlando were within 1.5 - 2 hours. We both enjoy golf and there are several driving ranges and courses nearby. Basically, with the beach at our door step, great restaurants nearby and golf right around the corner it's perfect for us. We also have friends and family that enjoy fishing and they swear that we have the best fishing in Florida!

What makes this property unique

We all love being out on the balcony. Whether it’s having breakfast while watching the sun rise over the ocean or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, it's just amazing! After over 15 years, we still marvel over the simple beauty of the ocean and love the sound of the waves crashing. I still get a kick out of cooking or cleaning and looking up and seeing nothing but ocean, it's a bit surreal.
